Investment in Ondo does not entitle the holder to receive information from the issuer or sponsor of the underlying securities.

- Market Risk: You are exposed to risks related to the underlying company, including market volatility, financial performance, corporate actions, regulatory developments, and broader economic conditions.
- Liquidity Risk: You may face liquidity constraints if there is insufficient demand to purchase Ondo, which may prevent you from liquidating your investment when desired and could result in losses.
- Platform Parameter Risk: Changes to platform parameters by MEXC, which may affect Ondo, could result in financial loss.
- Operational Risk: System or platform failures, whether planned or unplanned, may lead to losses. Such failures include, but are not limited to, outages, order-matching errors, database failures, cryptocurrency transmission or storage malfunctions, API disruptions, hacking incidents, or other technical issues.
- Regulatory Risk: Regulatory changes may compel MEXC to restrict or discontinue certain services in a manner deemed to be in its best commercial interests, which may cause you to incur losses.
- Issuer Risk: You are subject to the financial and operational risks of the Ondo issuer, including risks relating to credibility, operations, technology, and solvency, which exist independently of the performance of the underlying company.

Any attempt to access, purchase, or invest in Ondo from these jurisdictions, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy services, or any other technical means intended to circumvent geographical restrictions, shall be deemed unauthorized and may result in the immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of related accounts.
MEXC shall not be liable for, and you expressly waive any claim against MEXC arising out of, any losses, liabilities, penalties, or damages incurred as a result of such unauthorized access or circumvention.
