You may also receive abnormal notifications when placing orders. If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 3 minutes. We recommend trying again after 3 minutes. Features such as crypto buying, spot trading, ETF trading, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers will remain unaffected.
Please manage your futures positions and orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses. We will announce the completion of the maintenance work as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the event of significant market fluctuations prior to the upgrade, the platform will adjust the upgrade schedule based on market conditions and provide timely announcements regarding any postponements or extensions. Please refer to the official website announcement for the latest information.
