Due to the unique transfer mechanism of the AO mainnet, some users may experience deposit delays after initiating a transaction. To enhance your deposit experience, MEXC has actively communicated with the project team and will implement the following solutions: Step 1: Visit https://www.ao.link/#/ and enter your TxID to check your on-chain transaction record.Step 2: If your deposit has not arrived after 60 minutes, please follow the instructions based on the following scenarios: Scenario 1: No "Resulting messages" in the deposit record (see image below)If this occurs, please report it to the project team here.After processing by the project team, the on-chain transaction record will update the "Resulting messages", and the tokens will be credited within 80-100 minutes.Scenario 2: "Resulting messages" status shows "Processing" in the deposit record (see image below)If this occurs, please be patient; your deposit will be credited within 80-100 minutes.Scenario 3: "Resulting messages" exists, and "Arweave Block" has a number, but "Seen at" exceeds 2 hours (see image below)If this occurs, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Service for assistance.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
