HOOKED
Hooked is a launchpad for Solana tokens with rules built into the token itself. You pick a rule when you launch, for example “no wallet can hold more than 1% of supply” or “it only moves wallet to wallet”, and the token enforces it on every transfer, forever or until it graduates. There is no bot to trust and no website that could stop enforcing it: Solana runs the check inside the transfer, and a transfer that breaks the rule simply fails. Tokens launch on a Meteora bonding curve. Hooked never holds your keys: your wallet signs every step, and Hooked only records the launch in its public list after checking it on-chain.
