Ex-Trump lawyer panics when confronted on Epstein ties: 'Let me get a pic so I can sue!'

Alan Dershowitz, who previously served as President Donald Trump’s lawyer during his first impeachment trial, appeared to be captured on video in New York City Tuesday night threatening to sue a passerby for pressing him on his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

In the video, which as of 7:30 a.m. Wednesday had been viewed nearly 900,000 times, Dershowitz could be seen promoting his book “The Ten Big Anti-Israel Lies” on the night of the Democratic primary elections, a night that saw several progressive candidates critical of the Israeli government claim victory.

A man could be heard shouting at Dershowitz – who’s faced an allegation of sexual assault related to his ties with Epstein, an accusation he’s fiercely denied – about whether he regretted “going to Epstein’s island,” which he’s previously admitted visiting.

“Let me get a picture of you so I can sue you,” Dershowitz could be heard saying as he reached into his suit jacket, presumably for his phone.

Dershowitz is among several prominent figures linked to Epstein who have faced sexual assault allegations, including an allegation from the late Virginia Giuffree, who claimed that Dershowitz raped her when she was 17. Dershowitz has frequently – and aggressively – denied any and all wrongdoing as it relates to his ties to Epstein.

Dershowitz was also named as a “prominent” figure by the Justice Department (DOJ) during its investigation into Epstein in 2019, a DOJ document revealed years later after the release of millions of Epstein-related files.

In 2019, Dershowitz admitted to receiving a massage at Epstein’s New York City home, but claimed it was from an adult woman and that he “kept [his] underwear on during the massage.”
