InsurTech NY Announces Insurance Carrier CEO Keynote Panel

InsurTech NY announced the keynote panel for its 7th annual Spring Conference on March 30-31, 2026, at Pier 60 in NYC.

The keynote is titled “Leading Through the Human Side of Insurance,” featuring CEOs discussing the human factors that determine technology transformation success or failure within their organizations.

Panelists:

• Greg Hendrick, CEO, Vantage Risk
• Gaurav Vasisht, CEO, New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF)
• Chris McClellan, CEO, Incline

The panel will be moderated by David Gritz, Managing Director of InsurTech NY.

“Every insurance leader is navigating AI adoption, digital transformation, and changing workforce expectations,” said Gritz. “But the technology isn’t what makes or breaks these initiatives – it’s whether you can bring your people along. Greg, Gaurav, and Chris have each led organizations through major change, and they understand that the human side is what determines success.”

This panel follows an annual tradition of CEOs sharing strategic perspectives and serving as a barometer for the industry’s zeitgeist. The 2025 year was themed InsurTech is the New R&D and featured executive leaders of Abacus Life, Everspan, and Homesteaders Life.

About the 2026 Spring Conference

The 2026 InsurTech Spring Conference theme is a two-day conference bringing together over 1,000 insurance leaders, including carriers, brokers, MGAs, InsurTech founders, and investors. Programming is divided into two tracks: Property & Casualty and Life & Health, with sessions covering distribution, underwriting, claims, and embedded insurance.

The conference also features the largest InsurTech startup competition on the East Coast, where the top 10 finalists (selected from 100+ global applicants) will pitch for over $200,000 in in-kind prizes.
