According to a new crypto social activity report by Phoenix Group, the performance of large Layer-1 blockchain networks in online conversations and engagement is rising. The ranking, released on March 6, 2026, prioritizes the most active blockchain ecosystems in terms of social interactions and posts being engaged with in the last 24 hours. The analytics service LunarCrush was used to obtain the data that was disseminated via the research channel of the Phoenix Group.
According to the report, Bitcoin takes up most of social conversation on the crypto ecosystem, but quite significantly higher than other Layer-1 networks in terms of engagement and interaction.
Meanwhile, the other prominent crypto projects like Ethereum, Solana, and XRP also have a high level of online presence as investors and traders keep track of events in the blockchain industry.
Bitcoin Maintains a Wide Lead
The report shows that Bitcoin experienced an engaged post count of about 358,000 within the 24 hours. The posts received about 1.8 billion interactions on social sites, in the form of likes, comments, reposts and other interactions.
The wide disparity between Bitcoin and the other networks shows its sustained preeminence in market capitalization as well as world attention. Being the oldest and the most widespread crypto, Bitcoin is often a topic of conversation when it comes to macro-level trends.
Ethereum and Solana Follow in Social Engagement
Second, Ethereum produced about 158,400 engaged posts and about 369.2 million social interactions. The high presence of Ethereum demonstrates the significance of the platform as the most popular smart contract framework and the base of decentralized applications, decentralized finance, and NFTs.
Immediately following, Solana registered about 100,500 active posts and over 1 billion engagements. The high number of interactions indicates that the Solana ecosystem is still producing plenty of online discussion, especially among the and blockchain crypto communities interested in decentralized applications, trading platforms, and high-performance blockchain infrastructure.
XRP and Emerging Networks Gain Attention
The report also presents a high level of social engagement with a number of other major Layer 1 projects. XRP created approximately 54,000 active posts and a total of about 85.3 million interactions, which ranks it as the fourth biggest. XRP has been able to sustain a robust and vibrant online community, especially with the discourse of cross border crypto payments and institutional partnerships still going on.
Cronos had approximately 17400 active posts and 95 million interactions, following XRP. Cronos ecosystem has progressively grown with incorporations of both decentralized finance solutions and blockchain games.
In the meantime, Sui and Cardano were also listed among the most discussed network Layer-1s in the report. The total number of posts and interactions generated by Sui was around 15,700 and 5.2 million respectively, indicating that more people were interested in its high-performance blockchain architecture. Cardano came close behind with approximately 15,300 active posts and 8.4 million interactions due to its huge following worldwide and continuous development efforts.
Hedera, Hyperliquid, and BNB Round Out the Crypto Rankings
The list contains also a number of other significant Layer-1 projects which keep on creating consistent social interaction. The recorded numbers in Hedera were about 13,600 engaged posts and about 15.6 million interactions, which show that there is continued interest in its enterprise-targeted distributed ledger technology.
Hyperliquid received about 11,000 active posts and approximately 1.5 million interactions. The project has taken over in the decentralized trading sector recently and has added to the rising online debates.
Last, but not least is BNB Chain that registered approximately 10,500 engaged posts and 8.3 million interactions. Being among the most extensive blockchain ecosystems of decentralized applications and DeFi platforms, BNB Chain continues to be a significant force in the overall crypto scene.
