RenoFi Recruits Brandon Silvia as EVP, National Production Leader to Accelerate Nationwide Growth

RenoFi, the AI-powered renovation financing platform empowering every homeowner to be a renovator, today announced the appointment of Brandon Silvia as Executive Vice President, National Production Leader. In this role, Silvia will lead all sales and operations nationwide for RenoFi, executing on an ambitious national growth strategy to rapidly scale production, expand the company’s originator footprint, and to accelerate adoption of RenoFi’s proprietary AI and renovation financing platform as the #1 place for all homeowner financing needs.

Silvia joins RenoFi from Guaranteed Rate, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, National Branch Partnerships and Strategic Growth. Widely regarded as a rising star in the mortgage industry, Silvia built and led mortgage lending teams producing billions per year in originations. Brandon has deep expertise working closely with originators, operations and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that unlock new production channels and sustained growth.

At RenoFi, Silvia will spearhead a major expansion initiative, including the recruitment of top producing Mortgage Loan Originators across the country to drive billions in net new production volume through RenoFi’s best-in-market suite of loan products, AI agents and its AI-powered renovation financing platform in 2026 and beyond. His leadership will be central to scaling RenoFi’s national production engine as demand for renovation-specific financing continues to surge.
