The world of MAGA has always been quick shout “lock her up” but Bulwark politics reporter Will Sommer says now that the community has turned upon itself over the Iran war and other issues individual members are now demanding MAGA members with opposing views get similar treatment.

“This all started when there was sort of a rumor online that the justice department was going to investigate MAGA influencers for being paid, whether it's by Israel or Qatar or whatever you imagine,” Sommer told MS NOW. “Now it seems like this investigation is not real, but it's still prompted a lot of people on the right, people like Benny Johnson, to start saying, ‘oh my gosh, this is great. Finally, someone's going to get to the bottom of all this division.’ So, you can see that they they're almost excited to jail their own ideological allies because of disagreements over this war.”

“And it tells you — I mean, this is a MAGA civil war that's been going back to the Charlie Kirk assassination and even before that. And I think it's really hitting this breaking point at the point where you have [President] Donald Trump really taking on people like MAGA podcaster Tucker Carlson,” Sommer said.

“Dean Oneidallah Show” host Dean Oneidallah said he was personally thrilled to see the infighting.

“Can I just say, first of all, that I enjoy watching MAGA fight each other? If that's wrong, I don't want to be right because I'm really enjoying it so much. It is just a good time,” Oneidallah told the host before addressing Trump’s attacks on MAGA influencers who oppose his Iran invasion, including MAGA powerhouses like Joe Rogan and Andrew Schulz.

“What they're losing is the future of MAGA. These young guys were not MAGA. They were pro-Trump over Harris. That's it. Now they're disgusted by this [war]. … That's the future of the party. They're losing that, and that's also important for the midterms,” Oneidallah said. “These people might not be Democrats, but they're not coming out for the Republican candidate. In fact, they might come out for a Democrat just to put a check on Trump.”

“So, this fight is happening. Let Trump fight it out,” Oneidallah added. “He loves the reality show aspect. He loves that we talk about it. He likes the program, the media. But the big picture is this is really bad for them in the midterms and that brings me joy.”

Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC

The post Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Franklin Templeton CEO Jenny Johnson has weighed in on whether the Federal Reserve should make a 25 basis points (bps) Fed rate cut or 50 bps cut. This comes ahead of the Fed decision today at today’s FOMC meeting, with the market pricing in a 25 bps cut. Bitcoin and the broader crypto market are currently trading flat ahead of the rate cut decision. Franklin Templeton CEO Weighs In On Potential FOMC Decision In a CNBC interview, Jenny Johnson said that she expects the Fed to make a 25 bps cut today instead of a 50 bps cut. She acknowledged the jobs data, which suggested that the labor market is weakening. However, she noted that this data is backward-looking, indicating that it doesn’t show the current state of the economy. She alluded to the wage growth, which she remarked is an indication of a robust labor market. She added that retail sales are up and that consumers are still spending, despite inflation being sticky at 3%, which makes a case for why the FOMC should opt against a 50-basis-point Fed rate cut. In line with this, the Franklin Templeton CEO said that she would go with a 25 bps rate cut if she were Jerome Powell. She remarked that the Fed still has the October and December FOMC meetings to make further cuts if the incoming data warrants it. Johnson also asserted that the data show a robust economy. However, she noted that there can’t be an argument for no Fed rate cut since Powell already signaled at Jackson Hole that they were likely to lower interest rates at this meeting due to concerns over a weakening labor market. Notably, her comment comes as experts argue for both sides on why the Fed should make a 25 bps cut or…
