MANILA, Philippines – Several groups launched the Philippine Truth Commission on drug war killings on Wednesday, May 27, to look into and document human rights violations under former president Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war.
Commission chairperson and former International Criminal Court judge Raul Pangalangan says they are hoping that their findings will be useful for local and international probes into the atrocities.
