MANILA, Philippines – Senator Jinggoy Estrada will remain free after posting a P90,000 bail for his graft case — related to the flood control mess — before the Sandiganbayan 2nd Division on Friday, May 29.
The 2nd Division issued a warrant of arrest and hold departure order against Estrada and his fellow accused on Friday. Meanwhile, the Sandiganbayan 5th Division, which handles Estrada’s non-bailable plunder case, has yet to decide on the warrant.
