Bitget Wallet, a non-custodial Web3 wallet, is partnering with Polymarket, the biggest prediction market. In this partnership, Bitget Wallet has introduced a World Cup prediction endeavor, broadening access to exclusive on-chain prediction markets amid the growing tournament-related activity. As per Bitget Wallet’s official press release, the development makes Polymarket accessible to its 90M consumers. For this purpose, it uses worldwide sports interaction as a key entry point for the wider accessibility of self-custodial crypto to daily users.

$1.2B World Cup Prediction Market of Polymarket Comes to Bitget Users Before Tournament’s Start

Bitget Wallet is offering a World Cup prediction endeavor to its consumers via Polymarket. Particularly, the Polymarket-based 2026 FIFA World Cup Winner market has surpassed $1.2B in cumulative trading volume. At the same time, its liquidity has crossed $280M, while the total activity stands at $30M. This underscores the rising demand even before the tournament.

At the same time, Bitget Wallet’s initiative takes into account 3 activations. One of them is the World Cup Champion Pick that will run between June 4 and July 20, letting consumers choose the winning team as well as share rewards. Another activation is the 20-Day Prediction Streak, providing rewards for consistent activity between June 11 and June 30. Additionally, social watch parties denote another activation, featuring fan-led streams, interactive rewards, and live match debates.

Driving the Future of Mobile-Devoted Crypto Trading and Fan Interaction with Sports Finance

To back high-frequency engagement amid live match cycles, the platform has upgraded its infrastructure with a devoted event data layer, scalable cloud architecture, and pricing and score checks. Additionally, the integration enables AI-backed event analysis, mobile-first execution, and intuitive money tracking. This guarantees seamless trading during matches.

The respective technical backbone underscores the ambition of Bitget Wallet to redefine prediction markets, making them accessible with daily financial behaviors. Bitget Wallet’s COO, Alvin Kan, also expressed enthusiasm for this launch, saying, “Wallets will become the access layer for these new financial behaviors, turning on-chain markets into experiences people can use from their phones.”

Moreover, Polymarket’s Director of Growth & Partnerships, Elden Mirzoian, also echoed the same sentiment. The executive added, “The World Cup is one of the most exciting moments in global sports, and we’re glad to see fans engaging with it in a new way.” Overall, the joint effort is poised to make decentralized prediction markets a cornerstone of worldwide sports finance.
