Ride-hailing company, inDrive, has revealed plans to expand its staff in Nigeria with the employment of two Chief Wahala Officers (CWO) in Lagos, Daily Post reports.

According to the company, the role of CWO will be anchored around entertainment and information, as it is aimed at spotlighting the everyday transportation and delivery challenges faced by Lagos residents and at the same time celebrating the resilience, humour and ingenuity with which they navigate transportation problems.

Thus, the role of Chief Wahala Officer involves identifying various forms of Lagos Wahala encountered while commuting on Lagos roads, navigating the city’s notorious traffic and representing the concerns of Lagosians during frustrating transport moments. They will also be helping to alleviate transportation and delivery stress in the city.
