AYALA LAND, INC.’s office unit Ayala Land Offices has welcomed Australian digital healthcare provider Eucalyptus to Click Space, its flexible workspace offering at One Ayala in Makati City.
Eucalyptus, an Australia-based digital healthcare company that provides end-to-end telehealth services, will use Click Space’s facilities to support its expanding global operations.
“As companies evolve toward more specialized and technology-driven operations, the role of the workplace also shifts. It is no longer just about space, but about creating an environment that supports performance, reliability, and long-term growth. This is what we aim to deliver across our portfolio,” Ayala Land Offices President Hamm E. Katipunan said in a statement on Monday.
Ayala Land Offices said the transaction reflects a growing preference among technology and healthcare companies for flexible, plug-and-play workspaces over traditional long-term office leases.
According to the company, its office developments continue to attract occupiers from industries such as financial technology, healthcare, and global capability centers.
The transaction was facilitated by consultancy firm CBRE Philippines.
Shares in Ayala Land fell by 44 centavos, or 3.04%, to close at P14.02 apiece on Monday. — Juliana Chloe A. Gonzales
