The internet personality, whose unwavering devotion to Cristiano Ronaldo has become part of his online identity, endured a rollercoaster of emotions as Messi inspired Argentina to a 2-0 victory over Austria at the 2026 Fifa World Cup — and rewrote football history in the process.

Speed arrived at Dallas Stadium hoping to witness anything but another Messi masterclass.

For a brief moment, it looked as though fortune was on his side.

When Messi blazed an early penalty wide, Speed exploded in celebration, even pulling off a backflip in the stands as cameras captured his delight.

It would prove to be a painfully short-lived victory.
