PANews reported on October 7 that China's gold reserves stood at 74.06 million ounces (approximately 2,303,523 tons) at the end of September, an increase of 40,000 ounces (approximately 1.24 tons) from the previous month, marking the 11th consecutive month of gold reserves increases. At the end of August, gold reserves stood at 74.02 million ounces.
