Holders not onboarded with Paxos can convert their holdings via the Curve pool. Any USDL remaining after December 8, 2025, will be converted to USDP, subject to compliance checks. Wallets with balances exceeding $1 will receive equivalent USDP value, while balances below $1 will not be recouped. Paxos will freeze and report funds associated with sanctioned entities to relevant authorities.
