October 2025 is shaping up to be a pivotal month in the crypto landscape, with presales raising millions amid Bitcoin’s flirtation with $100,000. Tokenized investments are projected to swell to $16 trillion by 2030, drawing retail investors to early-stage opportunities.

Among the standout presales, IPO Genie ($IPO) is capturing significant attention. This platform aims to democratize access to tokenized private markets, offering early investors a chance to participate in pre-IPO opportunities. With stages filling rapidly, IPO Genie is positioning itself as a top contender in this space.

Crypto Presales Heating Up in October 2025

October’s “Uptober” rally has ignited presales, with over $50 million raised across projects last month alone. Meme coins and Layer-2 innovations dominate, fueled by regulatory nods and institutional inflows topping $100 billion yearly. This surge creates prime opportunities for investors to enter at early stages, with many projects offering discounted rates and exclusive benefits.

Analysts note that presales like these often yield significant returns post-launch. Scarcity drives urgency, as stages cap allocations quickly. Newcomers and pros alike are eyeing diversified picks, with IPO Genie targeting 50,000 users by 2027.

IPO Genie: Unlocking Tokenized Private Market Access

IPO Genie ($IPO) is redefining private market access through tokenized stakes in vetted startups. At an anticipated lowest presale price per token, its presale taps into a $17 trillion vault once reserved for elites. AI-powered deal discovery scans sectors like AI and fintech for promising opportunities. Partnerships with Sequoia and a16z ensure quality deal flow.

The platform’s tiered access rewards commitment: Bronze opens basics, while Platinum unlocks co-investment opportunities. CertiK-audited smart contracts, Fireblocks custody, and Chainlink oracle integration bolster security. DAO governance and revenue sharing add utility. As the premier tokenized investment play, it eyes significant potential from early stages.

MaxiDoge: Riding the Meme Coin Wave

MaxiDoge ($MAXI) channels Dogecoin’s spirit with a degen twist, targeting extreme traders on Ethereum. Priced at $0.000258, its presale has raised $2.29 million, blending memes with staking rewards. Audits by SolidProof confirm safety, while community contests fuel hype.

This crypto presale caps at $15 million, with no VC dumps in sight. Holders earn yields amid viral campaigns. It rides meme surges, much like Dogecoin’s 2021 moonshot. For fun-seekers, $MAXI offers high-risk thrills in the crypto space.

Bitcoin Hyper: Scaling Beyond Traditional BTC

Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) pioneers the first SVM rollup on Bitcoin, slashing fees and boosting speeds. At $0.012955, its presale has pulled $17.5 million, with 66% APY staking from day one. ZK-proofs secure the bridge.

This innovation addresses BTC’s scalability woes, eyeing mainstream DeFi adoption. Next stages clear in hours, heightening scarcity. As a Layer-2 frontrunner, it promises substantial upside for early investors. $HYPER fits boldly among the top crypto presales.

Other Notable Presales to Watch

  • PEPENODE ($PEPENODE): Gamifies memes with “mine-to-earn” on Ethereum, yielding PEPE rewards via virtual rigs. Its presale thrives on staking, drawing 10,000 holders already.
  • BullZilla ($BZIL): Surges at $0.00001242, raising $73,625 in days with dynamic pricing.
  • Qubetics: Aggregates Web3 chains with dVPN tech, offering unique advantages in the DeFi space.

These picks diversify beyond memes, each offering unique edges in October’s rush. Watch for listings that could spark rallies.

Why Early Investors Should Act Now

Early investor spots in these presale events vanish fast, with stages limited to avoid dumps. October’s momentum favors presales, yielding significant returns historically. IPO Genie’s Fund-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform empowers DAOs, accelerating adoption.

The two-year window to 50,000 users amplifies interest for $IPO holders. Revenue models and governance ensure long-term value. Pros and newcomers gain from low barriers now.

Seize October’s Presale Opportunities Before They Vanish

October 2025’s top crypto presales beckon with scarcity: join the whitelist for only a limited share of $IPO’s presale tokens linger, capping the first 50,000. Early investors lock in advantages like tiered perks and substantial growth potential. Delays risk missing out as platforms like IPO Genie grant opportunities to the bold.

Head to the official site, connect a wallet, and join the whitelist spots that are filling rapidly.

Fed Decides On Interest Rates Today—Here’s What To Watch For

The post Fed Decides On Interest Rates Today—Here’s What To Watch For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Topline The Federal Reserve on Wednesday will conclude a two-day policymaking meeting and release a decision on whether to lower interest rates—following months of pressure and criticism from President Donald Trump—and potentially signal whether additional cuts are on the way. President Donald Trump has urged the central bank to “CUT INTEREST RATES, NOW, AND BIGGER” than they might plan to. Getty Images Key Facts The central bank is poised to cut interest rates by at least a quarter-point, down from the 4.25% to 4.5% range where they have been held since December to between 4% and 4.25%, as Wall Street has placed 100% odds of a rate cut, according to CME’s FedWatch, with higher odds (94%) on a quarter-point cut than a half-point (6%) reduction. Fed governors Christopher Waller and Michelle Bowman, both Trump appointees, voted in July for a quarter-point reduction to rates, and they may dissent again in favor of a large cut alongside Stephen Miran, Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers’ chair, who was sworn in at the meeting’s start on Tuesday. It’s unclear whether other policymakers, including Kansas City Fed President Jeffrey Schmid and St. Louis Fed President Alberto Musalem, will favor larger cuts or opt for no reduction. Fed Chair Jerome Powell said in his Jackson Hole, Wyoming, address last month the central bank would likely consider a looser monetary policy, noting the “shifting balance of risks” on the U.S. economy “may warrant adjusting our policy stance.” David Mericle, an economist for Goldman Sachs, wrote in a note the “key question” for the Fed’s meeting is whether policymakers signal “this is likely the first in a series of consecutive cuts” as the central bank is anticipated to “acknowledge the softening in the labor market,” though they may not “nod to an October cut.” Mericle said he…

Music body ICMP laments “wilful” theft of artists’ work

The post Music body ICMP laments “wilful” theft of artists’ work appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. A major music industry group, ICMP, has lamented the use of artists’ work by AI companies, calling them guilty of “wilful” copyright infringement, as the battle between the tech firms and the arts industry continues. The Brussels-based group known as the International Confederation of Music Publishers (ICMP) comprises major record labels and other music industry professionals. Their voice adds to many others within the arts industry that have expressed displeasure at AI firms for using their creative work to train their systems without permission. ICMP accuses AI firms of deliberate copyright infringement ICMP director general John Phelan told AFP that big tech firms and AI-specific companies were involved in what he termed “the largest copyright infringement exercise that has been seen.” He cited the likes of OpenAI, Suno, Udio, and Mistral as some of the culprits. The ICMP carried out an investigation for nearly two years to ascertain how generative AI firms were using material by creatives to enrich themselves. The Brussels-based group is one of a number of industry bodies that span across news media and publishing to target the fast-growing AI sector over its use of content without paying any royalties. Suno and Udio, who are AI music generators, can produce tracks with voices, melodies, and musical styles that echo those of the original artists such as the Beatles, Depeche Mode, Mariah Carey, and the Beach boys. “What is legal or illegal is how the technologies are used. That means the corporate decisions made by the chief executives of companies matter immensely and should comply with the law,” Phelan told AFP. “What we see is they are engaged in wilful, commercial-scale copyright infringement.” Phelan. In June last year, a US trade group, the Recording Industry Association of America, filed a lawsuit against Suno and Udio. However, an exception…
