Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr. said that it wasn’t his or his teammates’ intention to offend FC Barcelona and their players following a fiery episode of El Clasico at the Bernabeu on Sunday.

The Brazilian was outstanding in Madrid’s first win against Hansi Flick’s men in five attempts, and especially in the first half.

During the second, though, he made a show of himself by throwing a tantrum when Xabi Alonso brought him off, while also front and center of a brawl between the two sides where he took a pop at Lamine Yamal among others.

Speaking to Madrid’s official channels post-match, Vinicius sent a message to “all Madridistas” and “especially those who came to the Bernabeu [and] supported us a lot”.

“The Clasico is like that, there are many things on and off the pitch, we try to balance it all, but it’s not always possible,” Vinicius continued.

“We don’t want to offend anyone, neither the Barca players nor the fans. We know that when we go in there, we have to defend our side and today it was like that.

“The atmosphere we have here is always special. We can continue like this all season because if the fans play alongside us, we can win great things this season,” Vinicius teased.

Vinicius was asked if there was extra motivation in this one, which was a nod to comments Barca winger Lamine Yamal made during an appearance on the King’s League, when the youngster said that Madrid “rob and complain”.

“The Clasicos are like that,” he said. “We were all waiting for this match, at home, with our people, the motivation we had… It has been a great day.

“We have Liverpool away and Valencia here… The important thing is to follow this line to do great things this season,” Vinicius reiterated.

Vinicius could be in trouble with Real Madrid and his manager Alonso

Though it was all smiles at full time, Vinicius might be in trouble with the club which, according to SPORT, citing anonymous sources, is considering punishing the Brazilian.

Vinicius could be sanctioned because of his outburst when being substituted, and Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso said that “we will talk” when probed on the matter in his post-match press conference.

Best Crypto to Buy as Saylor & Crypto Execs Meet in US Treasury Council

The post Best Crypto to Buy as Saylor & Crypto Execs Meet in US Treasury Council appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Michael Saylor and a group of crypto executives met in Washington, D.C. yesterday to push for the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill (the BITCOIN Act), which would see the U.S. acquire up to 1M $BTC over five years. With Bitcoin being positioned yet again as a cornerstone of national monetary policy, many investors are turning their eyes to projects that lean into this narrative – altcoins, meme coins, and presales that could ride on the same wave. Read on for three of the best crypto projects that seem especially well‐suited to benefit from this macro shift:  Bitcoin Hyper, Best Wallet Token, and Remittix. These projects stand out for having a strong use case and high adoption potential, especially given the push for a U.S. Bitcoin reserve.   Why the Bitcoin Reserve Bill Matters for Crypto Markets The strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill could mark a turning point for the U.S. approach to digital assets. The proposal would see America build a long-term Bitcoin reserve by acquiring up to one million $BTC over five years. To make this happen, lawmakers are exploring creative funding methods such as revaluing old gold certificates. The plan also leans on confiscated Bitcoin already held by the government, worth an estimated $15–20B. This isn’t just a headline for policy wonks. It signals that Bitcoin is moving from the margins into the core of financial strategy. Industry figures like Michael Saylor, Senator Cynthia Lummis, and Marathon Digital’s Fred Thiel are all backing the bill. They see Bitcoin not just as an investment, but as a hedge against systemic risks. For the wider crypto market, this opens the door for projects tied to Bitcoin and the infrastructure that supports it. 1.
