As Bitcoin Nears Lowest Since June, Smart Money is Ignoring BTC and Piling into the Digitap ($TAP) Presale

Panic always gets loudest at range lows. Equities are rolling over, BTC lost the $100,000 level briefly, and the dollar is starting to look strong. Bitcoin is grinding downwards, displaying its weakest price action since June, while liquidations destroy leveraged traders.

In this kind of market, anyone looking for altcoins to buy is increasingly reallocating capital to crypto presales, such as Digitap ($TAP). Why? Presales give ground-floor entries and have fixed pricing, meaning investors get to dodge downward price action while still having exposure to the next generation of products.
Could $TAP be among the best cryptos to buy now? With more than $1.5 million raised and a Visa card rollout ongoing, it certainly deserves attention.

Fear at Range Lows and What it Means for the Best Cryptos to Buy Now

Bitcoin is hovering near the 50-week moving average, a level that has proven faithful this bull market. If it breaks, that would signal to many that the bull market is over. BTC is trading at the bottom of the range, faces the longest government shutdown in history, and the dollar is pushing higher – classic pain points for risk assets.

The setup is easy to read. A stronger dollar, choppy equities, and a government shutdown are putting pressure on liquidity. That combination has BTC using support that bulls have not had to defend since late June.

Prediction markets suggest that the government may not reopen until mid-November – this is likely to mark the local bottom. Until that point, the path of least resistance is sideways and lower until a new catalyst arrives. Price could recover quickly if ETF flows re-accelerate, but the vast majority are fearful currently, with the fear and greed index ranking 21 (extreme fear).

While it looks scary, these moments are often the most profitable to bid.

Digitap: World’s First Omni-Bank With Clear Use Case Among Leading Atcoins to Buy

Digitap represents what cryptocurrency has been aiming for since its inception: a true omni-bank. One account where fiat, stablecoins, and crypto sit under a single roof, and users can pay for anything they want using crypto, thanks to the Visa card.

It utilizes a multi-rail architecture that can select banking corridors (SWIFT/SEPA/ACH/Faster Payments) or on-chain lanes, depending on which method clears faster and cheaper at that moment, completely outclassing current remittance providers. And disrupting an industry that executes trillions of dollars of volume is what gives $TAP such enormous potential.

Even better, the end user doesn’t even know they are using a blockchain, and this is consumer-grade finance meeting crypto speed. Distribution is a core part of the Digitap playbook, and the virtual and physical Visa cards have sent the presale climbing steadily past $1.5 million raised.

The $TAP token design closes the loop. The supply is capped at 2 billion, and 50% of platform profits go to rewarding stakers and burning supply. This mechanic ensures that as Digitap processes more card throughput and settlement volume, it becomes buy pressure. And this value accrual is why $TAP ranks among the best cryptos to buy in November

Fear Takes Over: Which Altcoins to Buy Today?

Markets always look scariest at the lows. Today is no exception. But these are the points of maximum opportunity, and accumulating the best cryptos to buy now will probably lead to stellar returns in the coming weeks.

Digitap’s omni-bank app, which is live today, and the Visa card explain why this crypto presale is flying despite the wider downturn. The case for Digitap disrupting cross-border payments and banking is clear, and it represents one of the best altcoins to buy. Currently priced at $0.0268 in this round, the price will soon increase to $0.0297. Investors will have to move fast, and $TAP looks ready to become a market leader in the PayFi space.

Fed forecasts only one rate cut in 2026, a more conservative outlook than expected

The post Fed forecasts only one rate cut in 2026, a more conservative outlook than expected appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell talks to reporters following the regular Federal Open Market Committee meetings at the Fed on July 30, 2025 in Washington, DC. Chip Somodevilla | Getty Images The Federal Reserve is projecting only one rate cut in 2026, fewer than expected, according to its median projection. The central bank’s so-called dot plot, which shows 19 individual members’ expectations anonymously, indicated a median estimate of 3.4% for the federal funds rate at the end of 2026. That compares to a median estimate of 3.6% for the end of this year following two expected cuts on top of Wednesday’s reduction. A single quarter-point reduction next year is significantly more conservative than current market pricing. Traders are currently pricing in at two to three more rate cuts next year, according to the CME Group’s FedWatch tool, updated shortly after the decision. The gauge uses prices on 30-day fed funds futures contracts to determine market-implied odds for rate moves. Here are the Fed’s latest targets from 19 FOMC members, both voters and nonvoters: Zoom In IconArrows pointing outwards The forecasts, however, showed a large difference of opinion with two voting members seeing as many as four cuts. Three officials penciled in three rate reductions next year. “Next year’s dot plot is a mosaic of different perspectives and is an accurate reflection of a confusing economic outlook, muddied by labor supply shifts, data measurement concerns, and government policy upheaval and uncertainty,” said Seema Shah, chief global strategist at Principal Asset Management. The central bank has two policy meetings left for the year, one in October and one in December. Economic projections from the Fed saw slightly faster economic growth in 2026 than was projected in June, while the outlook for inflation was updated modestly higher for next year. There’s a lot of uncertainty…

Arizona Senator Proposes Exempting Bitcoin and Crypto from Taxes

Understanding the specific tax exemption proposal's scope, mechanics, and limitations provides foundation for evaluating feasibility and implications. The exemption presumably covers capital gains taxes on cryptocurrency appreciation at state level, though personal income tax and corporate tax treatment requires clarification. Scope questions include whether exemption applies to trading profits, mining income, staking rewards, DeFi yields, NFT sales, and business cryptocurrency revenue.
