As a physician, former anesthesiologist, and beauty industry disruptor, Dr. Lamba turned her own skincare frustration into a national movement. More than twelve years ago, she pioneered one of the first membership models for skincare services—a concept designed to make professional treatments as consistent and results-driven as a gym membership. Her vision was simple yet groundbreaking: a health club for your skin. Her journey into aesthetics began not as a beauty insider but as a skincare user searching for real answers. What she found was an industry that was noisy, confusing, and built on insecurity instead of empowerment. Treatments were inconsistent, results were unreliable, and guests were often made to feel worse about their skin just to sell them something. Determined to transform that experience, Dr. Lamba stepped out of the operating room and founded GLO30. At the intersection of medicine, technology, and design, she developed the SmartGLO system, a monthly medical-grade facial that changes every month to match environmental and skin changes, and GLOria, GLO30’s proprietary AI skin analyzer that personalizes each experience. Her mission: to make professional-grade skincare affordable, accessible, and achievable—every 30 days. GLO30, founded by Dr. Arleen K. Lamba, is a next-generation skincare studio that delivers medical-grade, AI-personalized treatment through its exclusive membership model. As a physician, former anesthesiologist, and beauty industry disruptor, Dr. Lamba turned her own skincare frustration into a national movement. Her vision was simple yet groundbreaking: a health club for your skin. Her journey into aesthetics began not as a beauty insider but as a skincare user searching for real answers. Since launching in 2012, Dr. Lamba has built a loyal customer base that has kept GLO30 in its routine just like the gym. “Our members don’t have to choose between a dermatologist, a med spa, or a day spa—they come to GLO30 because we’ve created a new category that blends the best of all worlds. Guests still visit their dermatologist for medical skin concerns, but they rely on GLO30 for maintenance, prevention, and consistency. We’ve built a routine that fits real life—one that’s affordable, approachable, and accessible enough to make consistency possible,” she added.

With a proven model, Dr. Lamba began franchising GLO30 across the country, creating an elevated yet consistent experience. The GLO30 franchise model is designed for modern entrepreneurs who want to lead in the fast-growing wellness space without the uncertainty of starting from scratch. Dr. Lamba created a plug-and-play system where every franchisee gains access to our proprietary technology, training, brand voice, and formulations. The studios are streamlined for efficiency and profitability, with recurring membership revenue. “Franchisees are attracted not only to the proven model but to our mission—to democratize medical-grade skincare and make it a lifestyle, not a luxury,” Dr. Lamba explained why the franchise model has been attractive to franchisees.

Glo30 also has its own medical-grade skincare line.

The average studio generates a revenue of $1,546,476.37 and an EBITDA after royalties and marketing of $578,758.36. The initial investment to open a Glo30 ranges from $241,500 to $599,500 with a franchise fee of $45,000. Since launching the franchise model, Glo30 has grown 1600%. Dr. Lamba sees franchising as the foundation of what she’s building. “GLO30 is a complete ecosystem that redefines how people experience skincare, inside and outside of our studios. We’re integrating technology, education, and products to make professional-level skincare part of daily life, not a special occasion,” she shared. “ Beyond franchising, our growth is driven by AI-powered personalization, smart skincare devices, and national product expansion designed for results and accessibility. We’re also extending into corporate and community wellness, and building partnerships that normalize skincare in new spaces—like our collaboration with NFL cheerleaders in Washington, D.C., where we deliver advanced skincare to athletes.”

For Dr. Lamba, scaling Glo30 continues her mission to help members build long-term skin health, maintain results, and stay ahead of concerns before they start, all within a community where individuals feel seen, supported, and confident.

Coinbase Issues Cryptocurrency Call to US Justice Department: “Solve Urgent Problems!”

The post Coinbase Issues Cryptocurrency Call to US Justice Department: “Solve Urgent Problems!” appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States, stated that there should be uniform cryptocurrency regulation in the country. At this point, Coinbase sent a letter to the US Department of Justice requesting that federal regulators prevent state regulations from conflicting with national crypto policies and ensure uniform regulatory clarity. Coinbase’s request comes after the state of Oregon filed a lawsuit against Coinbase for unregistered securities, despite the SEC withdrawing its lawsuit against the cryptocurrency exchange. Coinbase states that although the country’s top regulator, the SEC, withdrew its lawsuit, states are filing lawsuits in defiance of the SEC’s decision. In the letter, addressed by Coinbase Legal Counsel Paul Grewal, he stated: “Despite the Trump administration’s positive regulatory efforts, crypto companies are being negatively impacted by states’ flawed interpretations of securities laws and their divergent actions. If Oregon can sue us for services that are legal under federal law, we have a problem. It has long been clear that the current patchwork of state laws is not only inefficient, but also slows innovation and harms consumers. At this point, the Justice Department should take steps to address the pressing issues by calling on Congress to step in and enact comprehensive and uniform regulations.” Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield filed a lawsuit against Coinbase last April, alleging that Coinbase was promoting the sale of unregistered cryptocurrencies to individuals in Oregon. *This is not investment advice.
