The post Netflix’s Likely Oscar Nominee Has A 95% Rotten Tomatoes Score appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. We give Netflix a hard time for producing a lot of rather terrible stuff as it shotgun blasts original shows and movies at the wall, trying to get something to stick. But at the moment, it has produced an original feature that has racked up a well-deserved 95% on Rotten Tomatoes with over 156 reviews in, making it one of the best-scoring movies of the year. Train Dreams Rotten Tomatoes That movie is Train Dreams, which stars the usually supporting actor Joel Edgerton in a starring role. It’s based on a 2012 novella by Denis Johnson, which has now been adapted into this stellar film. Here’s the synopsis: “Train Dreams is the moving portrait of Robert Grainier (Golden Globe-nominee Joel Edgerton), whose life unfolds during an era of unprecedented change in early 20th century America. Orphaned at a young age, Robert grows into adulthood among the towering forests of the Pacific Northwest, where he helps expand the nation’s railroad empire alongside men as unforgettable as the landscapes they inhabit. After a tender courtship, he marries Gladys (Academy Award-nominee Felicity Jones) and they build a home together, though his work often takes him far from her and their young daughter. When his life takes an unexpected turn, Robert finds beauty, brutality and newfound meaning for the forests and trees he has felled.” Oh neat, Felicity Jones is in there too, I didn’t realize that. If you’ll recall, her two Oscar nominations were for Best Actress for The Theory of Everything and Best Supporting Actress for The Brutalist. She was also the star of probably the best new-era Star Wars film, Rogue One. Edgerton, meanwhile, you might recognize from any number of features from The Gift to Black Mass to The Great Gatsby to Zero Dark Thirty. Train Dreams

Rotten Tomatoes

That movie is Train Dreams, which stars the usually supporting actor Joel Edgerton in a starring role. It’s based on a 2012 novella by Denis Johnson, which has now been adapted into this stellar film. Here’s the synopsis:

Oh neat, Felicity Jones is in there too, I didn’t realize that. He was in Star Wars too, in the prequels as young Owen Lars, and he reprised that role for Obi-Wan Kenobi. I first saw him in the 2011 MMA film, Warrior, I believe.

Train Dreams is currently at #5 on Netflix’s Top 10 list, passing up KPop Demon Hunters, which has been hanging on inside that list since early June. With critics this high on the film, it stands to reason whether the movie, Edgerton or Jones could end up in Oscar contention. Clear nominee favorites like One Battle After Another (94%), Sinners (97%), Hamnet (88%), Bugonia (87%), and others have similar or lower scores. Being a Netflix film may not hurt it as much as it may have in the early days. The studio has 73 Oscar nominations to date, with last year’s Emilia Perez having 13 by itself. Streamers have won Best Picture before, like Apple TV’s CODA in 2021.

So, it seems like Train Dreams is one not to miss. Check it out now, and you only need to give it an hour and 43 minutes of your time.

The post Cardano Eyes $1.50, While $0.0058 Layer Brett Targets $1 in 2025 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Crypto News 24 September 2025 | 14:42 Crypto is heating up again, and traders are hunting for the next 100x altcoin before the 2025 crypto bull run really kicks in. Right now, two names keep coming up: ADA and Layer Brett ($LBRETT). The hype around ADA price prediction has investors cautiously optimistic, while Layer Brett’s crypto presale has created full-blown FOMO. At just $0.0058, $LBRETT has already raised over $4m, offering early backers a rare shot at life-changing returns in a short window. Historical performance: How ADA and Layer Brett compare When you look at ADA alongside memecoin projects like Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, and the original Brett, the differences stand out. ADA has been in the top altcoins conversation for years, with an all-time high of $3.10 that still gives long-term holders confidence. But meme token projects have mostly pumped without any real substance. This is where Layer Brett flips the script. Instead of being just another meme token, it’s an Ethereum Layer 2 project built for real utility, fast transactions, low gas fees, and staking crypto rewards. With speed topping 10,000 TPS, it delivers what congested chains can’t. Compared to ADA’s slower, research-heavy roadmap, $LBRETT is built to move fast and capture immediate opportunities. Technology and use cases driving Layer Brett The backbone of Layer Brett is its Layer 2 blockchain design. Transactions are anchored to Ethereum for security but processed off-chain for scale and low gas fees. That means users can buy and stake in seconds using ETH, USDT, or BNB, no KYC required. The staking rewards are where things get wild. Early participants are seeing around 630% APY, with incentives expected to cool as more tokens are locked. On top of that, features like NFT integrations and cross-chain bridging are already planned, giving $LBRETT both meme energy…
