Experts suggest that there is possibly a double bottom formation underway in this altcoin, indicating possible ‘buy’ action. The institutional support has further increased confidence levels in this alt with the beginning of the digital asset treasury.
Hyperliquid HYPE Shows Bullish Momentum
A well-known crypto analyst, CryptoPulse, highlighted that HYPE is currently holding out at this critical level of support and thwarting further selling pressure.
This level of support has historically worked as a solid floor several times in the past, giving indications of the formation of the double bottom reversal pattern. However, if this support level holds firm, there will be substantial bullish pressure that will push HYPE towards $40 or even $48 in the near future.
At press time, Hyperliquid is trading at $34.37, with a 24-hour trading volume of $872.21 million and a market capitalization of $11.54 billion. Over the last 24 hours, HYPE has surged 8.09%, reflecting renewed interest and potential momentum in the market.

Hyperliquid Gains Institutional Support
Adding to this optimistic view, the latest data from Arkham shows that Sonnet BioTherapeutics has merged with Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. in order to establish a Digital Asset Treasury for HYPE. This partnership also involves $888 million that has been placed in the treasury, with 65% in HYPE tokens and 35% in USD. This proposal has now been passed through a shareholder meeting this morning.
With solid support levels in place and the formation of a possibly double-bottom pattern together with strong institutional support, there seems to be the makings of an upward trend in the works for HYPE. Investors are keeping a watchful eye on prices in the days ahead in hopes of seeing more investors take notice of a potentially bullish bounce out of this level.
With institutional support rising and technical analysis hinting at possible bullish momentum, Hyperliquid is gearing up to feature in the list of closely followed altcoins in the crypto world. Experts are of the view that if the trend continues the same way, HYPE may not only reverse the losses incurred but may also march towards new heights in the future.
