Instacart and OpenAI enhance their partnership by integrating AI-driven grocery shopping and payment within ChatGPT, offering users a seamless shopping experience.

Instacart and OpenAI have announced a significant enhancement of their partnership, aimed at revolutionizing the grocery shopping experience through artificial intelligence. According to OpenAI, they are launching the first fully integrated grocery shopping and Instant Checkout payment app within ChatGPT.

Seamless Shopping Integration

This new development allows users to browse groceries, build their cart, and complete the checkout process without leaving the ChatGPT interface. By integrating the Instacart app within ChatGPT, users can transition seamlessly from meal inspiration to doorstep delivery. This integration leverages Instacart’s extensive grocery network and fulfillment capabilities, powered by OpenAI’s advanced models.

Instacart is the pioneering app to introduce a checkout experience directly within ChatGPT, utilizing the Agentic Commerce Protocol. Anirban Kundu, Chief Technology Officer at Instacart, emphasized the transformative nature of this collaboration, stating that it brings intelligent, real-time support to everyday grocery shopping, turning simple conversations into actionable solutions.

Enhanced User Experience

Nick Turley, VP, Head of ChatGPT, highlighted that this integration allows users to move from meal planning to checkout in a single, uninterrupted conversation. For instance, users can instruct ChatGPT to help shop for ingredients, triggering the Instacart app to suggest relevant items and assemble a cart with the help of OpenAI models. The checkout process is completed within the app, and Instacart handles the delivery.

Strengthening a Longstanding Partnership

The partnership between Instacart and OpenAI is not new; Instacart was an early participant in OpenAI’s Operator research preview. This collaboration provided valuable insights to ensure the technology met real-world needs. Currently, Instacart continues to use OpenAI APIs to enhance its proprietary technologies, offering personalized recommendations that save time and aid in decision-making.

Additionally, Instacart employs ChatGPT Enterprise to streamline internal workflows, enhancing the development of personalized customer experiences. OpenAI’s Codex is also used within Instacart for internal coding tasks, further showcasing the depth of their collaboration.

This partnership expansion aligns with OpenAI’s broader strategy of collaborating with major enterprises, including Accenture, Walmart, Salesforce, PayPal, Intuit, Target, Thermo Fisher, BNY, Morgan Stanley, and BBVA, among others.

French Lender Offers Crypto To Millions

The post French Lender Offers Crypto To Millions appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. They say journalists never truly clock out. But for Christian, that’s not just a metaphor, it’s a lifestyle. By day, he navigates the ever-shifting tides of the cryptocurrency market, wielding words like a seasoned editor and crafting articles that decipher the jargon for the masses. When the PC goes on hibernate mode, however, his pursuits take a more mechanical (and sometimes philosophical) turn. Christian’s journey with the written word began long before the age of Bitcoin. In the hallowed halls of academia, he honed his craft as a feature writer for his college paper. This early love for storytelling paved the way for a successful stint as an editor at a data engineering firm, where his first-month essay win funded a months-long supply of doggie and kitty treats – a testament to his dedication to his furry companions (more on that later). Christian then roamed the world of journalism, working at newspapers in Canada and even South Korea. He finally settled down at a local news giant in his hometown in the Philippines for a decade, becoming a total news junkie. But then, something new caught his eye: cryptocurrency. It was like a treasure hunt mixed with storytelling – right up his alley! So, he landed a killer gig at NewsBTC, where he’s one of the go-to guys for all things crypto. He breaks down this confusing stuff into bite-sized pieces, making it easy for anyone to understand (he salutes his management team for teaching him this skill). Think Christian’s all work and no play? Not a chance! When he’s not at his computer, you’ll find him indulging his passion for motorbikes. A true gearhead, Christian loves tinkering with his bike and savoring the joy of the open road on his 320-cc Yamaha R3. Once a speed demon who hit…

Experienced CEO Says, “The Effect of the Interest Rate Cut Will Emerge Over Time,” Reveals Bitcoin and Ethereum Price Forecast

The post Experienced CEO Says, “The Effect of the Interest Rate Cut Will Emerge Over Time,” Reveals Bitcoin and Ethereum Price Forecast appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The interest rate cut announced by the FED yesterday did not have the expected impact on the cryptocurrency market. While the price of BNB reached an all-time high of $1,000, the prices of major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum remained largely flat. Analysts say this suggests investors lack confidence that the Fed is truly shifting to a looser monetary policy path. Wave Digital Assets CEO David Siemer stated that he expects the effects of the interest rate cut to be seen over time, saying, “Bitcoin could rise to approximately $130,000 by the end of the year, while Ethereum could rise to $6,000.” However, experts say a single interest rate cut wasn’t enough to generate market excitement. “A rate cut is a tailwind, but it doesn’t create a paradigm shift in the market,” said Ira Auerbach, president of Tandem, a subsidiary of Offchain Labs, and a former Nasdaq executive. “The direction is in crypto’s favor, but a single move doesn’t determine the trend.” Stocktwits market strategist Tom Bruni, however, stated that investors had already priced in the news, interpreting the current stagnation as a sell-off. Galaxy manager Chris Rhine similarly argued that the interest rate cut was already priced in, and the market was focused on future directions. *This is not investment advice.
