PANews reported on December 16th that, according to Jinshi Data, following the release of US employment data, US federal funds futures slightly increased the probability of a rate cut in January next year, rising from 22% to 31%. After the release of US employment and retail sales data, US interest rate futures still anticipate two rate cuts in 2026; the expected easing measure next year is 58 basis points.
