bazarr.ai: The AI Wholesale Agent That Generates Deals Between B2B Sellers and Buyers

In the rapidly shifting world of e-commerce and online retail, two entrepreneurs found themselves facing a problem that no one seemed to be solving. Wholesale transactions – the backbone of global retail – were still happening through scattered emails, outdated catalogs, phone calls, and endless negotiation loops. Even as AI reshaped nearly every industry, the world of wholesale deals remained stubbornly manual.

This challenge became the spark behind bazarr.ai, an AI-driven wholesale agent designed not just to find opportunities but to understand the needs of suppliers and buyers and close deals from end to end.

But the real story of bazarr.ai begins much earlier.

A Market Ripe for Change

Before building anything, co-founders Alon Levi and Alon Shrier looked at the broader wholesale and import landscape and found something surprising: the industry wasn’t just inefficient – it was structurally broken.

Small businesses form the backbone of U.S. importing. According to data highlighted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 97% of American importers are small businesses, responsible for nearly 33% of the total value of imported goods (~3T$).

These companies operate with tight margins, unpredictable costs, and heavy manual workloads. The USCC also points out that added pressures – like complex tariff processes and rising import compliance costs – disproportionately affect smaller importers who lack sophisticated tools.

This means the pain points Levi and Shrier experienced weren’t isolated frustrations. They represented a massive and underserved market where millions of deals every year are delayed, misunderstood, mispriced, or completely missed. In other words, wholesale trade is one of the largest B2B sectors still waiting for intelligent automation.

From Sellers to Builders: A Journey Born From the Inside

Levi and Shrier didn’t enter wholesale from the outside looking in. They lived it. They built brands, sold online, managed logistics, and worked directly with distributors and suppliers. They experienced every frustration that comes with running a profitable reselling operation: outdated product information, inconsistent pricing, endless back-and-forth with suppliers, and a constant sense that deals were slipping away because the process was too slow.

Instead of accepting this reality, they asked a simple question:

Why is wholesale still operating like it’s 1998?

Their experience on both sides of the industry gave them an advantage. They understood precisely what suppliers needed to sell more efficiently and exactly what resellers needed to buy with confidence. The gap between the two was massive.

And that gap was entirely technology’s fault.

A Partnership Built on Complementary Strengths

The story of bazarr.ai is also the story of its founders.

Alon Levi brought the operational discipline – logistics, deal execution, supplier relationships, and the relentless drive to solve real problems.

Alon Shrier brought the product vision – deep expertise in AI systems, automation, and building tools that can understand complex business logic.

Together, they created a partnership built on contrast and trust.

They spoke to suppliers, visited warehouses, sat with resellers, mapped every workflow, and uncovered a key insight: both sides wanted deals to move faster. Suppliers wanted qualified buyers without waste. Resellers wanted clear, accurate offers without friction. And no one wanted to manually handle thousands of SKUs ever again.

The Birth of bazarr.ai: The End-to-End AI Deal Closer

bazarr.ai was built around a bold idea:

What if an AI agent could understand the needs of both suppliers and buyers, match them instantly, negotiate based on logic, and close deals automatically?

Not a marketplace. Not a directory.

An agent that operates like a digital wholesaler who never sleeps.

bazarr.ai analyzes supplier catalogs, understands restrictions, identifies which buyers fit, evaluates reseller profiles, applies buying rules, and generates profitable matches. But it doesn’t stop at recommendations.

It moves the entire deal forward – automatically.

It negotiates based on the supplier’s requirements, applies the buyer’s logic, ensures the deal is profitable and compliant, and finalizes terms. Suppliers gain a steady stream of qualified buyers. Resellers receive actionable, ready-to-close opportunities tailored to their business.

Instead of sourcing, searching, calculating, and negotiating, users simply receive deals that are already aligned with what they need.

A Vision for a Faster, Smarter Wholesale World bazarr.ai isn’t just streamlining wholesale. It is redesigning it.

The founders believe the next leap in ecommerce won’t come from storefronts or ad platforms, but from the unseen layer beneath it – the infrastructure where wholesale deals are discovered, evaluated, and closed.

Their vision rests on three principles:

  • Deals should move instantly, not in weeks.
  • AI should handle the complexity, not the people.
  • Suppliers and buyers should be matched based on real data, not guesswork.

bazarr.a ia ims to become the operating system for wholesale deal-making – the layer that finally modernizes how products move from suppliers to retailers.

Transforming How Products Move

What began as two founders refusing to accept an outdated system has grown into a mission to bring wholesale into the AI era.

bazarr.ai is not just a platform. It is a movement toward clarity, automation, and frictionless deal closing.

Levi and Shrier’s journey is still unfolding, but the goal is unmistakable:

turn wholesale complexity into automated deal flow, and build the future of commerce where every good deal moves at the speed of AI.

UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach

The post UK crypto holders brace for FCA’s expanded regulatory reach appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. British crypto holders may soon face a very different landscape as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) moves to expand its regulatory reach in the industry. A new consultation paper outlines how the watchdog intends to apply its rulebook to crypto firms, shaping everything from asset safeguarding to trading platform operation. According to the financial regulator, these proposals would translate into clearer protections for retail investors and stricter oversight of crypto firms. UK FCA plans Until now, UK crypto users mostly encountered the FCA through rules on promotions and anti-money laundering checks. The consultation paper goes much further. It proposes direct oversight of stablecoin issuers, custodians, and crypto-asset trading platforms (CATPs). For investors, that means the wallets, exchanges, and coins they rely on could soon be subject to the same governance and resilience standards as traditional financial institutions. The regulator has also clarified that firms need official authorization before serving customers. This condition should, in theory, reduce the risk of sudden platform failures or unclear accountability. David Geale, the FCA’s executive director of payments and digital finance, said the proposals are designed to strike a balance between innovation and protection. He explained: “We want to develop a sustainable and competitive crypto sector – balancing innovation, market integrity and trust.” Geale noted that while the rules will not eliminate investment risks, they will create consistent standards, helping consumers understand what to expect from registered firms. Why does this matter for crypto holders? The UK regulatory framework shift would provide safer custody of assets, better disclosure of risks, and clearer recourse if something goes wrong. However, the regulator was also frank in its submission, arguing that no rulebook can eliminate the volatility or inherent risks of holding digital assets. Instead, the focus is on ensuring that when consumers choose to invest, they do…
