Truth Social Debuts “America-First” ETF Lineup on NYSE

  • Trump Media and Yorkville America have launched five “Truth Social” ETFs on the NYSE targeting defense, innovation, energy, real estate, and iconic American brands.
  • The funds, trading under tickers like TSSD and TSES, carry a 0.65% expense ratio and use a screening process to align with “America First” principles.
  • The company plans to expand in 2026 with digital-asset-based funds and equity products in partnership with Crypto.com’s broker-dealer, Foris Capital.

Trump Media & Technology Group and Yorkville America Equities said they have listed five Truth Social-branded exchange-traded funds on the New York Stock Exchange, expanding the company’s push into investment products tied to “America-first” themes.

The new funds target specific slices of the US economy: defense (Truth Social American Security & Defense ETF, TSSD), “next frontiers” and innovation-led industries (TSFN), major domestic brands (TSIC), energy (TSES), and real estate focused on conservative-leaning states (Truth Social American Red State REITs ETF, TSRS).

Trump Media chief executive Devin Nunes said the funds are aimed at investors who want US-focused exposure.

We’re gratified to make available a slate of ETFs for patriotic investors who want to invest in American ingenuity. These unique funds provide an excellent way for Americans to express their optimism about the strength, resiliency, and immense future prospects of the American economy.

The companies said more funds are planned for next year, including equity and digital-asset-based products, in collaboration with MarkerVector Indexes and Crypto.com’s broker-dealer, Foris Capital US.

In an era where investors increasingly seek alignment between their values and their portfolios, the launch of these Truth Social ETFs represents a transformative global opportunity to channel capital toward American strength, innovation, and self-reliance – empowering patriotic investors worldwide to participate in the resurgence of the U.S. economy and its leadership on the world stage.

Back in July, Trump Media announced its plans to launch the Truth Social Crypto Blue Chip ETF, composed of 70% in BTC, 15% Ethereum, 8% Solana, 5% Cronos, and 2% in XRP.

The firm recently took a dive into prediction markets, one of the hottest sectors in the crypto industry, after partnering with Crypto.com to host a live beta on the Truth Social platform.

The post The FDA Is Trying To Make Corporate Free Speech Situational appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. BENSENVILLE, ILLINOIS – SEPTEMBER 10: Flanked by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi (rear), and FDA Commissioner Marty Makary (R), Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. speaks to the press outside Midwest Distribution after it was raided by federal agents on September 10, 2025 in Bensenville, Illinois. According to the company, various e-liquids were seized in the raid. (Photo by Scott Olson/Getty Images) Getty Images While running for President in 2008, Barack Obama famously chanted “Yes we can.” Love or hate his political views, Obama’s politics were quite effective. He was asking voters to think big, to envision a much better future. Advertisers no doubt approved. That’s because ads routinely evoke things not as they are, but as they could be. Gyms and exercise equipment companies don’t promote their locations and equipment with flabby, lumbering people, rather their ads show fit, upright, energetic individuals. A look ahead. Restaurants do the same with ads showing happy people enjoying impressively put together plates of food. Conversely, ads meant to convince smokers to quit have not infrequently shown the worst of the worst future downsides of the habit. The nature of advertising comes to mind as FDA commissioner Marty Makary puzzlingly brags that “The Trump Administration Is Taking On Big Pharma” in the New York Times. Makary laments pharmaceutical ads that “are filled with dancing patients, glowing smiles and catch jingles that drown out the fine print.” Not explained is whether Makary would be happier if drug companies placed ads with immobile patients, frowns, and funereal music. Seriously, what does he expect? Does he want drug companies to commit billions to drug development to accompany their achievements with imagery defined by misery? Has Makary stopped to contemplate the myriad shareholders lawsuits drugmakers would face if, upon risking staggering sums meant…
