TLDR:

  • Solvexia’s automation reduces reconciliation time from days to minutes with 98% fewer errors reported
  • Combined platform handles both fiat and digital asset transactions across multiple jurisdictions
  • Enterprise regulatory reporting transformed from weeks to hours through automated workflows systems
  • GTreasury serves over 1,000 customers globally with four decades of treasury management expertise

GTreasury has completed the acquisition of Solvexia, a provider of no-code financial automation solutions. The deal extends GTreasury’s platform capabilities into reconciliation and regulatory reporting.

Finance teams can now automate processes that previously required days of manual work. The acquisition addresses operational risks tied to spreadsheet-driven workflows. GTreasury serves over 1,000 customers across 160 countries.

Platform Integration Addresses Reconciliation Challenges

Finance departments face mounting pressure from manual reconciliation processes that create audit exposure.

Solvexia’s automation technology transforms multi-day reconciliation efforts into minutes-long verification tasks. The platform delivers 100x faster processing with 98% fewer errors compared to manual methods.

The combined solution handles both fiat and digital asset transactions within the same framework. This capability matters as companies manage diverse financial instruments across multiple jurisdictions.

GTreasury announced the acquisition through its social media channels, noting the expansion serves its “No Friction, No Boundaries” vision.

Renaat Ver Eecke, CEO of GTreasury, emphasized the strategic value of the acquisition. “Today’s acquisition of Solvexia removes the boundaries between treasury management, reconciliation, and compliance reporting,” Ver Eecke said.

“The integration of GTreasury’s capabilities with Solvexia’s automation platform delivers unprecedented visibility and control across the entire finance function, protecting CFO reputation while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance,” he noted. These capabilities become critical as regulatory demands continue growing across global markets.

Compliance and Audit Features Take Center Stage

Regulatory reporting represents another area where the combined platform adds value for finance teams. Complex submissions spanning multiple jurisdictions can now be completed in hours rather than weeks.

The system includes embedded governance controls that clarify approval processes and reduce spreadsheet-related risks.

Adem Turgut, CEO of Solvexia, addressed the evolving demands facing finance organizations today. “Organizations are simultaneously managing traditional banking relationships and exploring digital assets, all while facing increasing regulatory scrutiny across multiple jurisdictions,” Turgut explained.

He stated that the combination of Solvexia’s automation capabilities with GTreasury’s infrastructure creates a forward-looking solution. “The combination of Solvexia’s automation capabilities with GTreasury’s infrastructure extends the platform to ensure it’s not just ready for today’s challenges: it’s built for the future of finance with the governance and audit controls required to protect organizations from regulatory liabilities,” he said.

Built-in audit readiness helps teams meet closing deadlines and avoid material weaknesses in financial disclosures.

GTreasury brings four decades of treasury leadership to the partnership. The company’s infrastructure enables finance teams to connect and consolidate mission-critical data for cash flow optimization.

With Solvexia’s automation capabilities, the platform can identify fraudulent fund flows and detect revenue leakage. The system also verifies intercompany settlements, providing financial control for organizations managing complex treasury operations.

How Will Lower Interest Rates Impact Mortgage Rates? Mortgage rates tend to fall before and during a period of interest rate cuts: The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped to 6.35% from 6.5% last week, the lowest level since October 2024, mortgage buyer Freddie Mac reported. Borrowing costs on 15-year fixed-rate mortgages also dropped to 5.5% from 5.6% as they neared the year-ago rate of 5.27%.
