PANews reported on January 7th that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued the "Action Plan for the Integration and Empowerment of Industrial Internet and Artificial Intelligence." The plan aims to significantly improve the integration and empowerment level of the industrial internet and artificial intelligence by 2028. The scale of new industrial networks meeting the high-throughput, low-latency, high-reliability, and low-jitter communication needs of artificial intelligence industrial applications will continue to expand. Deployment and application will be accelerated in key industries such as raw materials, equipment manufacturing, consumer goods, and electronic information, driving at least 50,000 enterprises to implement new industrial network transformation and upgrading. The system for industrial data aggregation, governance, circulation, and sharing will be continuously improved, creating a number of high-quality datasets in 20 key industries. A number of intelligent solution providers will be cultivated, focusing on key links and typical scenarios in key industrial chains, effectively promoting the collaborative upgrading of large, medium, and small enterprises. Key enterprise, technology product, and public service resources will be efficiently allocated.
