Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of trading volume, has presented the highlights of Bybit Spot for the year 2025, representing a momentous year for the business line. Traders were able to uncover advanced entry opportunities and have a positive experience thanks to Bybit Spot’s proactive identification and listing of high-potential tokens before they were discovered by a wider audience. Bybit Spot is defined by strategic market positioning that continuously gave early access to breakout assets before the buzz.

It was TRUMP, XAUT, xStocks, TUNA, and MET that were the first to market. Bybit Spot assisted users in securing first-mover advantages across the most major asset launches that occurred during the next year. The platform was among the first to list TRUMP, the first explosive memecoin of 2025, which reached an all-time high (ATH) of 548%. Bybit helped pioneer CEX trading for XAUT, a gold-backed token that reached an all-time high of 127%, and xStocks, which enabled on-chain trading that captured the upside of conventional stocks, with GOOGLX soaring by 107%. Both of these developments occurred in the RWA arena.

TUNA, a community-led DeFi token that rocketed +2,637% on day one, and MET, a liquidity-focused DeFi selection that generated +255% first-day gains, were both examples of the early discovery method that the platform proceeded to implement.

Lightning-Fast Listings, High Rewards

Bybit Spot’s value proposition was characterized by its speed to market capabilities, which were combined with industry-leading incentives. The platform offered rewards for up to twenty million dollars for some listings, such as NXPC, which is an early-stage GameFi breakout, and NIGHT, which is a privacy-first infrastructure project. Through the use of early access in conjunction with considerable incentive structures, Bybit was able to translate market momentum into the realization of prospective profits. Through the implementation of this approach, Bybit Spot was able to get the highest market share in NIGHT’s CEX trading market.

Capturing Diversity in Narratives

Bybit Spot’s lineup for the year 2025 included some of the most fascinating sectors, such as celebrity memecoins, artificial intelligence utilities, RWA, GameFi, on-chain equities, next-generation Layer 1s, and privacy-first infrastructure. Bybit users were guaranteed access to different market narratives whenever opportunities presented themselves thanks to the use of a diverse methodology.

Bybit Spot fulfilled its promise of providing an extremely rewarding trading experience throughout the entirety of the year 2025. It did this by showcasing spotlight projects on a monthly basis and providing first-mover advantage regardless of the circumstances. Taking a look into the future, 2026 is likely to be another year of shared progress and the accumulation of momentum.

Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC

The post Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Franklin Templeton CEO Jenny Johnson has weighed in on whether the Federal Reserve should make a 25 basis points (bps) Fed rate cut or 50 bps cut. This comes ahead of the Fed decision today at today’s FOMC meeting, with the market pricing in a 25 bps cut. Bitcoin and the broader crypto market are currently trading flat ahead of the rate cut decision. Franklin Templeton CEO Weighs In On Potential FOMC Decision In a CNBC interview, Jenny Johnson said that she expects the Fed to make a 25 bps cut today instead of a 50 bps cut. She acknowledged the jobs data, which suggested that the labor market is weakening. However, she noted that this data is backward-looking, indicating that it doesn’t show the current state of the economy. She alluded to the wage growth, which she remarked is an indication of a robust labor market. She added that retail sales are up and that consumers are still spending, despite inflation being sticky at 3%, which makes a case for why the FOMC should opt against a 50-basis-point Fed rate cut. In line with this, the Franklin Templeton CEO said that she would go with a 25 bps rate cut if she were Jerome Powell. She remarked that the Fed still has the October and December FOMC meetings to make further cuts if the incoming data warrants it. Johnson also asserted that the data show a robust economy. However, she noted that there can’t be an argument for no Fed rate cut since Powell already signaled at Jackson Hole that they were likely to lower interest rates at this meeting due to concerns over a weakening labor market. Notably, her comment comes as experts argue for both sides on why the Fed should make a 25 bps cut or…
