PANews reported on January 14th that, according to Fortune, brokerage technology company Alpaca announced the completion of a $150 million Series D funding round, valuing the company at $1.15 billion. The round was led by Drive Capital, with participation from Citadel Securities, Kraken, and BNP Paribas Ventures, and also secured a $40 million credit line. Alpaca focuses on providing enterprises with trading infrastructure for stocks, ETFs, and crypto assets, generating over $100 million in annual recurring revenue, and is actively capturing market share in the interactive brokers market.
