Horizon Europe Provides Business Update

RHEDA-WIEDENBRÜCK, Germany–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Horizon Europe (the “Company”), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of branded towing and trailering equipment, today provided an update following First Brands Group, LLC’s (“First Brands”) announcement regarding the orderly wind down of certain of its North American operations, including Brake Parts Inc., Cardone, and Autolite.

Horizon Europe is in the process of separating from First Brands operations and is not impacted by its ongoing U.S. based restructuring process.
