Top 5 Altcoins To Buy For Solana-Native Speed: Digitap ($TAP) Ranks as the Best Crypto to Buy

2026/01/31 00:01

Speed has become one of the most important factors in crypto adoption. Users no longer want slow confirmations, high friction, or complex steps just to move funds. They expect fast access, smooth execution, and systems that feel instant. Solana helped shape these expectations by showing how quick blockchain interactions can be.

As this standard spreads across the market, investors are paying closer attention to projects built around speed, efficiency, and real use. Some focus on transaction performance. Others focus on how quickly users can onboard, fund accounts, and start using services.

This list looks at five altcoins aligned with that idea of Solana-native speed, starting with a banking-focused platform many now see as the best crypto to buy for performance-driven adoption.

  1. Digitap ($TAP): The world’s first omni-bank blending fiat and crypto
  2. Sei: Ultra-fast layer one built for trading
  3. Aptos: Next-gen layer one with parallel processing
  4. Near: A blockchain designed for cutting-edge applications
  5. Injective: Layer one purpose-built for finance

1. Digitap ($TAP): Solana-Powered Speed for Everyday Financial Use

Digitap approaches speed from a practical angle. Instead of measuring speed only in transactions per second, it focuses on how fast users can actually use their money. The platform aims to remove delays between crypto and everyday finance by keeping everything simple and accessible.

Digitap allows users to manage crypto alongside traditional financial activity in one place. This design reduces steps, saves time, and improves flow. A major update supporting this goal is that Solana deposits are now live. Users can fund their accounts directly from the Solana ecosystem, which adds faster access and smoother onboarding.

Digitap is currently in Round 3 of its presale, with the $TAP token priced at $0.0454. This stage gives early participants access before wider exposure. Instead of relying on hype, Digitap builds around usage, access, and routine financial behavior.

Key capabilities include unified account access, tools for sending and receiving funds, and spending features that connect crypto with real-world use. By focusing on how quickly users can move from deposit to action, Digitap positions itself as the best crypto presale for those who value speed through usability rather than raw network metrics.

2. Sei (SEI): Built for Ultra-Fast Trading Activity

Sei focuses on one clear goal: speed for trading. The network is designed to handle rapid order execution with low delay. This makes it suitable for environments where timing matters, such as decentralized exchanges and real-time markets.

Instead of trying to serve every possible use case, Sei optimizes for performance under pressure. Traders benefit from quick confirmations and consistent execution. As more financial activity moves on-chain, networks like Sei become relevant for speed-sensitive applications.

Sei’s value grows as usage grows. When users demand faster trading experiences, infrastructure built specifically for that demand gains attention.

3. Aptos (APT): Parallel Execution for Smooth Performance

Aptos focuses on improving how blockchains process activity. It uses a design that allows many actions to run at the same time rather than waiting in line. This helps keep apps responsive, even when usage increases.

For users, this means smoother experiences. Transactions feel quicker, and applications respond faster. Developers also benefit because they can build apps without worrying about congestion slowing things down.

Aptos positions itself as a performance-focused platform that supports growth without sacrificing speed. As user expectations rise, networks built for parallel execution gain relevance.

4. Near Protocol (NEAR): Speed Through User-Friendly Design

Near takes a different path to speed. Instead of focusing only on raw performance, it improves how applications scale as they grow. Its design splits workloads so the network can handle more users without slowing down.

This approach helps keep apps fast and easy to use. Near also simplifies onboarding, which matters for adoption. When users can join quickly and interact without friction, speed becomes part of the experience.

Near’s focus on usability and performance makes it attractive for builders who want fast apps without complexity.

5. Injective (INJ): Fast Settlement for Financial Applications

Injective centers on finance. It supports fast settlement and real-time execution for trading and financial tools. This focus helps create responsive systems that feel close to traditional finance speeds.

Users benefit from quick actions and reduced waiting times. Developers gain a platform designed for financial performance. As on-chain finance grows, networks that handle speed-critical activity remain important.

Injective’s value comes from serving a clear purpose. It supports fast financial interactions where timing matters.

Why Digitap Leads the Solana-Speed Narrative

Speed now defines how users judge crypto platforms. Faster access, quicker funding, and smooth execution all shape adoption. Projects that meet these expectations tend to grow as usage expands.

Sei, Aptos, Near, and Injective each contribute to this performance-driven shift. They focus on execution speed, scalability, and responsiveness across different use cases.

Digitap stands out because it applies speed to everyday finance. By combining early access, Solana integration, and practical banking tools, it offers a path built around real use. This approach places Digitap naturally among the best altcoins to invest in for those looking at how speed and usability will shape crypto adoption going forward.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…

This development comes as the network continues to evolve, recently deploying its major “Rio” upgrade on the Amoy testnet to enhance future scaling capabilities. This information comes from a new joint report on the state of the RWA market published on Sept. 17 by blockchain analytics firm Dune and data platform RWA.xyz. The focus on RWAs is intensifying across the industry, coinciding with events like the ongoing Real-World Asset Summit in New York. Sandeep Nailwal, CEO of the Polygon Foundation, highlighted the findings via a post on X, noting that the TVL is spread across 269 assets and 2,900 holders on the Polygon PoS chain.
