PANews reported on August 13th that Diginex, a Nasdaq-listed digital asset financial services company, announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire compliance automation company Findings for $305 million, comprising $270 million in Diginex shares and up to $35 million in cash. Diginex owns the cryptocurrency exchange EQUOS and Digivault, a registered custodial wallet provider for security tokens.
