Team PL Token (TMPL) Debuts on the zondacrypto Exchange

On Friday, 6 February, Team PL Token (TMPL) officially debuted on the zondacrypto exchange, entering the phase of open market trading. It is the world’s first Olympic token, created by zondacrypto and the Polish Olympic Committee to provide real support for Polish athletes and to engage fans in the development of Polish Olympic sport.

TMPL is an innovative tool that connects sport, fans, and modern technology. The project was developed as part of activities carried out by zondacrypto as the General Sponsor of the Polish Olympic Committee and the Polish Olympic Team, and responds to real needs within the sports community.

TMPL Token – Fuel for Polish Sport

“Team PL Token is the fuel of Polish sport, providing real support for athletes, including through the ‘Mamy Olimpijki’ (‘Olympic Moms’) program, under which we have already paid the first scholarships to female athletes; a planned support program for senior Olympic athletes; and a system of rewards not only for medalists, but also for athletes who finish just outside the podium, in positions four through eight. This is an approach that truly changes the way sport is financed. It is also a token that in the future will enable direct support for specific athletes and various forms of fan voting, connecting fans directly with Polish Olympic sport,”
said Przemysław Kral, CEO of zondacrypto.

“Our token is the first Olympic token in the world dedicated to Polish sport. We should be very proud of this, especially because it provides real support for athletes. For example, thanks to the ‘Mamy Olimpijki’ program, female athletes who at a certain stage of their careers had to step away from sport to choose motherhood can now return to competition. This mechanism works and allows us to effectively support Polish athletes in a natural way,”
emphasizes Radosław Piesiewicz, President of the Polish Olympic Committee.

The guiding mission of the project is to serve as support and fuel for Polish sport and the people who create it. That is why zondacrypto not only pays bonuses for Olympic medals (with a value equivalent to PLN 150,000–250,000), but also rewards Olympians who narrowly missed the podium and finished in positions 4–8.

zondacrypto’s support programs are already operating in practice. Olympic mothers—female athletes who have given birth and often combine professional work and motherhood with training—can already receive support paid in TMPL tokens with a value equivalent to PLN 50,000. zondacrypto and the Polish Olympic Committee emphasize that these are only the first stages in building an innovative ecosystem to support athletes.

Olympic moms have already received their first benefits—this is tangible proof that we delivered on our promises and that it works. And these are just the first steps. For the first time in history, we will reward places 4–8 at the Olympic Games. Because an athlete who missed the podium by just a few seconds also deserves recognition,”
said Przemysław Kral.

Record-Breaking Presale

The goal of the project is to combine sport, emotions, and technology into one cohesive ecosystem. Users can expect interesting sport-related functionalities, while athletes gain access to a comprehensive support ecosystem at different stages of their careers and after retirement.

The exchange debut of the Team PL token was preceded by a presale that ended with great success. In total, investors contributed EUR 964,800. All presale rounds sold out significantly faster than originally planned, with most lasting only a few or several minutes. The longest-lasting round was dedicated to zondacrypto users with ZND Ambassador loyalty status, which closed after 1 hour and 35 minutes.

Particular attention was drawn to the Diamond round, which sold out in just 4 minutes. The scale of interest in the project was also demonstrated by a live broadcast for the zondacrypto community, organized in Milan just before the Opening Ceremony of the 25th Winter Olympic Games Milan–Cortina 2026. In total, over 20,000 people watched live on zondacrypto’s social media channels a conversation between Przemysław Kral, CEO of zondacrypto, and Radosław Piesiewicz, President of the Polish Olympic Committee.

“I read an article pointing out that Polish sport is beginning to suffer because fewer and fewer entities are sponsoring it, and the crisis in sport is deepening. Fewer companies want to engage in sponsorship. It’s a bit like AI—once we wondered what it was, and today it is revolutionizing our lives. The same applies here to the partnership between an Olympic committee and a private company. A doubling of the token’s price shortly after its debut is an excellent result, confirming that this project is clearly future-oriented,”
emphasized Przemysław Kral during the broadcast.

“We are creating an innovative project on a global scale in many respects. Everyone talks about digital currencies, and we now have our own digital currency that is normally listed on the zondacrypto exchange. This is a huge step into a future that is still unknown to many and very unfamiliar to others,”
said Radosław Piesiewicz.

“Education is our mission at zondacrypto. We always say: don’t invest even one złoty if you don’t have knowledge about investing. That’s the absolute foundation. Start of TMPL Token Trading

Trading of the TMPL token began on the zondacrypto exchange on 6 February at 15:00. This means that any user can buy or sell the token, regardless of whether they previously participated in the presale. Further development of the project will be shaped by community activity and athletes’ sporting successes. TMPL token holders can already take advantage of the TMPL Earn program, which allows passive token growth by “locking” them for a specified period, for example 360 days.
