World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC), the leading global authority on commercial and contract management, has today announced a strategic partnership with Resolutiion, a technology company specializing in advanced AI solutions for resolving conflict, disputes, and delivery complexities in business relationships.

Under the partnership, Resolutiion will lead the engineering, build, and continuous innovation of Ask Tim, WorldCC’s proprietary large language model (LLM), ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and at the forefront of applied AI for contracting and commercial professionals. Ask Tim is designed to deliver trusted, member-specific insights by combining WorldCC’s deep expertise with advanced AI capabilities.

As part of the collaboration, Ask Tim will also be embedded directly into Resolutiion’s product ecosystem, enabling Resolutiion customers to access Ask Tim’s AI-powered insights within their existing workflows. This embedded capability will allow users to interact with WorldCC-informed intelligence seamlessly, without switching platforms, bringing expert guidance, contextual support, and knowledge-driven decision-making into day-to-day operations.

A future phase of the partnership will focus on the development of a structured AI training and capability-building program delivered within Ask Tim. This program will help subscribers of the service build practical AI literacy and skills, empowering organizations to responsibly adopt and apply AI in contracting, commerce, and business operations.

WorldCC members can receive free trial access to Resolutiion’s Agentic AI tools, providing hands-on exposure to strategic capabilities that support conflict prevention, dispute management, and improved delivery outcomes. This expanded access reinforces a shared commitment to practical, technology-enabled support for the commercial and contract management community.

“This partnership represents a powerful union of trusted expertise and technical excellence,” said Fayola-Maria Jack, Founder and CEO of Resolutiion. “ At Resolutiion, we’re excited to engineer, scale, and continuously innovate Ask Tim, while also embedding its capabilities into our own products to create meaningful, workflow-ready AI experiences for users.”

Sally Guyer, CEO of WorldCC, added: “Ask Tim is central to WorldCC’s mission to support our members with practical, reliable, and forward-looking resources. Partnering with Resolutiion allows us to accelerate innovation and advance capability, while maintaining the trust, rigor, and community focus that define WorldCC. Together, we’re setting a new standard for how AI can serve our professional communities.”

The platform is named after Tim Cummins, Founder and President of WorldCC and a globally recognized authority in contracting and commercial management, and is grounded in WorldCC’s body of research that underpins Ask Tim’s knowledge foundation.

Ask Tim is about turning decades of research and collective insight into accessible, actionable intelligence,” said Tim Cummins. “With Resolutiion as our technology partner, we’re ensuring that this intelligence is delivered through a robust, evolving AI platform that truly serves our members and adapts to the future of commerce and contracting.”

The partnership underscores a shared commitment to responsible AI, innovation with purpose, and practical value creation for global business and contracting professionals. The expectation is for Ask Tim to be released to the WorldCC membership in Beta form this April.
