Aave’s founder, Stani Kulechov, has suggested that tokenizing burgeoning fields like energy production could greatly elevate on-chain collateral in the years to come. Although DeFi applications have typically replicated traditional financial products, Kulechov believes new opportunities arise far beyond these confines.
