PANews reported on February 17 that Alchemy Pay, a cryptocurrency payment provider, announced on its X platform that it plans to launch the Alchemy Chain testnet, an L1 public blockchain, on February 23. The blockchain will reportedly be built on the Solana (SOL) virtual machine architecture and will provide a payment system that allows users to transact using both fiat currency and cryptocurrency for large-scale commercial applications.
