The acquisition of four existing flexible workspaces in the Dallas-Fort Worth market by multi-unit franchise owners Kevin and Geidre Priddy represents a significant expansion for Venture X in a major metropolitan area. The Priddys, who operate under Priddy Spaces, are converting these locations from their former CityCentral branding to the Venture X model, adding to their growing portfolio that began with a West Palm Beach location in 2022 and now includes seven Venture X and one Office Evolution locations with several more in development.

Kevin Priddy explained the strategic rationale behind the expansion, noting that the Dallas-Fort Worth market represents a high-growth opportunity with strong demographics. ‘With the evolution of hybrid work and corporate real estate strategy in recent years, flex office space is a true asset to commercial landlords,’ Priddy stated. The four acquired locations include Venture X Downtown Fort Worth at 600 W. 6th St., Venture X Plano West at 6010 W. Spring Creek, Venture X Plano East at 500 N. Central Expressway, and Venture X Dallas-Addison at 17250 Dallas Parkway, totaling approximately 125,000 square feet of flexible workspace.

The transaction involved Plano-based landlord Michael Comegys, who sought experienced flex workspace operators to manage the properties as he focused on his core commercial landlord business. This partnership model illustrates how commercial property owners are increasingly collaborating with specialized operators to maximize the value of their real estate assets in the evolving workplace landscape. With these additions, Venture X now operates over a dozen locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, offering flexible, sophisticated workspaces for professionals and businesses of all sizes.

Vast Coworking Group President Jason Anderson praised the Priddys’ expansion, stating, ‘Kevin and Geidre are outstanding franchise owners who consistently exemplify what it means to operate at a high level within our system. Their disciplined growth, operational excellence, and ability to identify strong opportunities in key markets like Dallas-Fort Worth speak volumes about their leadership.’ Venture X is part of Vast Coworking Group, which includes sister brands Office Evolution and Intelligent Office and represents the largest privately owned franchisor of coworking spaces and second-largest network in North America by number of locations.

The continued expansion of flexible workspace providers like Venture X reflects broader shifts in how businesses approach office space following the widespread adoption of hybrid work models. As companies reevaluate their real estate needs, flexible workspace solutions offer scalable options that can adapt to changing workforce requirements. The Priddys are also developing additional Venture X and Office Evolution locations in other markets including South and Central Florida and Metro Atlanta, indicating sustained growth in the flexible workspace sector. The announcement by America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), which includes CVS Health’s Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Centene and an array of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans as members, comes ahead of the first meeting of the reconstituted Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, which now has new members chosen by U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a vaccine critic. “Health plans are committed to maintaining and ensuring affordable access to vaccines,” AHIP said in a statement Wednesday. “Health plan coverage decisions for immunizations are grounded in each plan’s ongoing, rigorous review of scientific and clinical evidence, and continual evaluation of multiple sources of data.” The move by AHIP is good news for millions of Americans at a time of year when they flock to drugstores, pharmacies, physician’s offices and outpatient clinics to get their seasonal flu and Covid shots. Kennedy’s changes to U.S. vaccine policy have created confusion across the country over whether certain vaccines long covered by insurance would continue to be. AHIP has now provided some clarity for millions of Americans. “Health plans will continue to cover all ACIP-recommended immunizations that were recommended as of September 1, 2025, including updated formulations of the COVID-19 and influenza vaccines, with no cost-sharing…
