WALNUT CREEK, Calif. & CHARLOTTE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amerit Fleet Solutions (“Amerit”), the industry’s leading provider of fleet maintenance and fleet solutions, announced the expansion of its strategic acquisition program and the appointment of Adam Lev as Vice President of Corporate Development. This effort, designed to complement Amerit’s history of strong organic growth, builds on the Company’s market-leading position in the fleet solutions industry nationwide.

In his role as Vice President of Corporate Development, Lev will oversee the full spectrum of Amerit’s acquisition strategy, identifying and partnering with high-quality businesses that enhance the company’s service capabilities and customer value proposition.

“With our strong foundation, trusted reputation, and financial strength, Amerit is well-positioned to integrate exceptional companies that share our values,” said Ross Rachey, CEO of Amerit. “Our approach is centered on working closely with fleet service company owners to achieve successful transitions while benefiting from the scale, operational expertise, and resources of our national platform.”

Earlier in his career, he worked in private equity and management consulting, focusing on growth strategy and transformation.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with many founder-owners over the years to help unlock the value of their life’s work, structuring opportunities that support full transitions and retirement, or continued partnership with existing ownership and management teams focused on long-term growth,” said Lev. “Amerit benefits from nationwide operational strength and decades’ worth of combined acquisition and integration experience. Our goal is to be the best partner to anyone who’s interested in being a part of our journey.”

Amerit is positioned to act swiftly and decisively in partnering with complementary businesses and has a strong track record of acquiring both founder-owned and institutionally backed fleet solutions platforms, ranging from local operators with approximately $5 million in annual revenue to national platforms generating more than $100 million annually.

Shocking OpenVPP Partnership Claim Draws Urgent Scrutiny

The post Shocking OpenVPP Partnership Claim Draws Urgent Scrutiny appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The cryptocurrency world is buzzing with a recent controversy surrounding a bold OpenVPP partnership claim. This week, OpenVPP (OVPP) announced what it presented as a significant collaboration with the U.S. government in the innovative field of energy tokenization. However, this claim quickly drew the sharp eye of on-chain analyst ZachXBT, who highlighted a swift and official rebuttal that has sent ripples through the digital asset community. What Sparked the OpenVPP Partnership Claim Controversy? The core of the issue revolves around OpenVPP’s assertion of a U.S. government partnership. This kind of collaboration would typically be a monumental endorsement for any private cryptocurrency project, especially given the current regulatory climate. Such a partnership could signify a new era of mainstream adoption and legitimacy for energy tokenization initiatives. OpenVPP initially claimed cooperation with the U.S. government. This alleged partnership was said to be in the domain of energy tokenization. The announcement generated considerable interest and discussion online. ZachXBT, known for his diligent on-chain investigations, was quick to flag the development. He brought attention to the fact that U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Hester Peirce had directly addressed the OpenVPP partnership claim. Her response, delivered within hours, was unequivocal and starkly contradicted OpenVPP’s narrative. How Did Regulatory Authorities Respond to the OpenVPP Partnership Claim? Commissioner Hester Peirce’s statement was a crucial turning point in this unfolding story. She clearly stated that the SEC, as an agency, does not engage in partnerships with private cryptocurrency projects. This response effectively dismantled the credibility of OpenVPP’s initial announcement regarding their supposed government collaboration. Peirce’s swift clarification underscores a fundamental principle of regulatory bodies: maintaining impartiality and avoiding endorsements of private entities. Her statement serves as a vital reminder to the crypto community about the official stance of government agencies concerning private ventures. Moreover, ZachXBT’s analysis…
