Conor McGregor’s new cryptocurrency gambling site, RealBet, has entered an early-access beta phase. The platform is fully operational following its initial announcement in late 2025.
Conor McGregor, the former two-division UFC Champion (Featherweight and Lightweight), is listed as the co-owner and global ambassador of RealBet. The site itself currently touts the platform as the “Official Casino of Conor McGregor.”
The project was announced on December 5, 2025, with McGregor writing on X, “I always wanted to own a casino.” Since then, he has frequently shared news and developments regarding RealBet on his social media channels.
This venture into the gambling space follows an attempted cryptocurrency project: the REAL token. With a target of $3.6 million, it only raised $392,000 during its token presale in April 2025.
The REAL token was an Ethereum ERC-20 utility token created in partnership with Real World Gaming DAO (RWG). It was intended to be the currency for a Web3 gaming ecosystem, offering holders staking rewards and voting rights on future game developments.
At the time, McGregor was quoted in press releases saying: “This isn’t some celebrity-endorsed bullshit token, it’s a REAL game changer that will improve the crypto ecosystem as well as make REAL change in the world.”
While that project did not meet its funding goals, McGregor and Real World Gaming DAO gained goodwill by immediately refunding all investors.
The new casino, RealBet, is McGregor’s latest foray into the cryptocurrency space. It is a crypto-first online casino and sportsbook that supports multiple cryptocurrencies.

The site is operating with a license from Canada’s Tobique Gaming Commission. This license does not apply to players in regulated markets like the UK, USA, or the Netherlands, who will be geo-blocked from entering the site.
In terms of gambling options, RealBet features instant or mini-games, player-vs-player tournaments, table games, slots, and sports betting.
Although the site is in early access, anyone can register an account today. Keep in mind that the platform is still being stress-tested, so certain features may be missing or added later as the experience is polished.
To promote the new brand, Realbet recently launched a free-to-play Solana price prediction game called Strikezone. Players start with a balance of $1,000, and at the end of the week, the players with the top 10 balances are awarded from a prize pool of $5,000.
Conor McGregor is among a growing band of famous faces who own or run online gambling sites. Some, like Snoop Dogg, have launched their own brands, using their name recognition as drawing power. Others have become celebrities specifically through the success of the sites they own.
It seems to be a successful approach. Take, for example, Eddie Craven. He is the co-founder of Stake.com and a core part of the brand’s identity; ‘Stake vs Eddie’ is a long-running, popular promotion.
It will be interesting to see if RealBet utilizes McGregor in the same way, but there is real potential there for him to establish a successful online gambling brand.
