Billionaire Bill Ackman’s investment firm just picked up more than 2.67 million shares of one magnificent seven stock.

The latest 13-F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shows Pershing Square Capital Management accumulated $1.76 billion worth of shares in Meta Platforms (META) in the fourth quarter of 2025.

META, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, is trading for around $643 at time of writing, down more than 10% in the past year.

Meanwhile, Ackman’s firm unloaded its entire stake in Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (CMG) in the fourth quarter of 2025, after reporting in the third quarter of the same year 21,541,177 shares in the Chipotle restaurant chain, worth about $844,198,000.

CMG is trading for about $38 at time of writing, down 29% in the past year.

The firm also trimmed its exposure to Alphabet (GOOG), Uber (UBER) and Restaurant Brands International Inc (QSR) between quarter three and quarter four of last year.

Pershing reduced its holdings of Alphabet’s Class C shares (GOOG) by 160,160, bringing the total down to 6,163,871 shares, worth $1,934,222,000, and decreased its holdings of Class A shares (GOOGL) by 4,165,676, bringing the total shares down to 678,297, worth $212,306,000.

Shares in Google are trading for around $303 at time of writing, up more than 63% on the year.

The firm reduced its in stake in ride-hailing services Uber by 62,784 shares, bringing the total holdings down to 30,207,734, worth $2,468,273,000.

Uber is trading for around $72 at time of writing, down more than 10% in the past year.

Pershing reduced the shares in QSR, which owns the Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes and Firehouse Subs brands, by 48,723, bringing the total shares down to 22,866,773, worth $1,560,199,000.

QSR is trading for about $68 at time of writing, up nearly 7% in the past year.

Pershing has a total of $15.5 billion in assets under management.

Zak Westphal has been at the forefront of this transformation. While Co-Founding StocksToTrade, he has been a big part of empowering everyday traders to gain access to the real-time information and algorithmic systems that have long provided Wall Street with its edge. We spoke with him about how fintech is reshaping the landscape and what it really means for retail traders today. Fintech has changed everything from banking to payments. In your opinion, what has been its greatest impact on the world of trading? For me, it’s all about access. When I began my trading career, institutions had a significant advantage, even more pronounced than it is now. They had direct feeds of data, algorithmic systems, and research teams monitoring information right around the clock. Retail traders, on the other hand, had slower information and pretty basic tools in comparison.  Fintech has substantially changed the game. Today, a retail trader from home can access real-time market data, scan thousands of stocks in mere seconds, and utilize algorithmic tools that were once only available to hedge funds. I can’t think of a time when the access for everyday traders has been as accessible as it is today.
