Real Estate Mogul Grant Cardone Goes All in Bitcoin: “The Goal is 10,000 Bitcoin”

Grant Cardone, a well-known figure in the real estate world, announced a revolutionary change in his investment strategy, stating that he has gone “full steam ahead” into Bitcoin.

Cardone, who developed a new hybrid model blending real estate assets with Bitcoin, announced that his goal is to accumulate 10,000 BTC.

Sales guru and real estate investor Grant Cardone shared his perspective on the cryptocurrency world and his aggressive investment plans in a podcast interview. Combining traditional real estate investments with the growth potential offered by digital assets, Cardone claims this move has created a “protective shield” that Wall Street giants cannot replicate.

At the heart of Cardone’s strategy lies an interesting mathematical principle. When the renowned investor buys a property below cost (for example, a $1 billion asset for $700 million), he directly reinvests the “discount” into Bitcoin purchases. Cardone explains, “Real estate investors typically buy properties cheaply and just sit there. I, on the other hand, take that discount and convert it into Bitcoin. This way, I simultaneously own both a physical asset that generates cash flow and a digital asset with parabolic growth potential.”

Cardone, who also criticized other Bitcoin-focused companies in the market, argued that “treasure companies” that only hold BTC are a bubble. Stating that BTC itself does not generate interest, Cardone argued that in his model, rental income from real estate compensates for this deficiency: “You can’t beat BTC with just Bitcoin. There has to be a cash flow, a business behind it.”

Cardone noted that 80% of the approximately 1,600 investors who invested in this hybrid model through Cardone Capital had never owned Bitcoin before, indicating that these individuals were not “crypto enthusiasts” but traditional real estate investors seeking cash flow.

Cardone, who currently holds several thousand Bitcoins in his portfolio, stated that his short-term goal is 10,000, and that he would even update his target to 20,000 or 50,000 once he reaches that number. He said that the drops in BTC price don’t scare him, but rather “make it easier” to reach his goal, adding, “This is a long-term game for 7-10 years.”
