First Orion announced the April 2026 release of its Global Exchange platform, which will be previewed during Mobile World Congress taking place March 2-5, 2026. The upcoming release introduces support for CAMARA-standard APIs and expands international carrier connectivity, building upon the Global Exchange platform first introduced in 2025. This development represents a significant step toward standardized communication infrastructure across global telecom networks.

The integration of CAMARA-standard APIs marks a crucial advancement for the telecommunications industry. CAMARA, the open-source project within the Linux Foundation, aims to standardize network APIs globally, enabling consistent developer access to network capabilities. By adopting these standards, First Orion’s Global Exchange will facilitate more seamless integration between carriers and enterprise communication systems, potentially accelerating the adoption of branded calling and messaging solutions worldwide.

In 2026, First Orion plans to expand European connectivity through Global Exchange to include Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, as well as additional carriers in Germany and the United Kingdom. This expansion addresses the growing demand for transparent communication solutions across European markets, where regulatory requirements for call identification and consumer protection continue to evolve. The broader connectivity will enable multinational enterprises to maintain consistent branded communication experiences across multiple European countries through a single platform.

The timing of this announcement coincides with increasing industry focus on call authentication and branded communication solutions. As robocalls and fraudulent communications remain persistent problems globally, solutions that provide clear caller identification have gained importance. First Orion’s platform enhancements come as telecommunications providers worldwide seek standardized approaches to branded calling implementation. The company’s presence at Mobile World Congress, where the platform will be previewed at Booth #CS176, positions this announcement within the industry’s premier gathering for mobile technology innovation.

This development has implications for both enterprise communication strategies and consumer experience. Businesses seeking to improve customer engagement through branded calling will benefit from expanded carrier connectivity and standardized APIs, potentially reducing implementation complexity across different markets. For consumers, the expansion of transparent calling solutions across additional European countries may lead to increased trust in legitimate business communications and improved ability to identify potential fraudulent calls. The platform’s evolution reflects broader industry trends toward standardized, transparent communication infrastructure that serves both business needs and consumer protection interests.

The post The Manchester City Donnarumma Doubters Have Missed Something Huge appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. MANCHESTER, ENGLAND – SEPTEMBER 14: Gianluigi Donnarumma of Manchester City celebrates the second City goal during the Premier League match between Manchester City and Manchester United at Etihad Stadium on September 14, 2025 in Manchester, England. (Photo by Visionhaus/Getty Images) Visionhaus/Getty Images For a goalkeeper who’d played an influential role in the club’s first-ever Champions League triumph, it was strange to see Gianluigi Donnarumma so easily discarded. Soccer is a brutal game, but the sudden, drastic demotion of the Italian from Paris Saint-Germain’s lineup for the UEFA Super Cup clash against Tottenham Hotspur before he was sold to Manchester City was shockingly brutal. Coach Luis Enrique isn’t a man who minces his words, so he was blunt when asked about the decision on social media. “I am supported by my club and we are trying to find the best solution,” he told a news conference. “It is a difficult decision. I only have praise for Donnarumma. He is one of the very best goalkeepers out there and an even better man. “But we were looking for a different profile. It’s very difficult to take these types of decisions.” The last line has really stuck, especially since it became clear that Manchester City was Donnarumma’s next destination. Pep Guardiola, under whom the Italian will be playing this season, is known for brutally axing goalkeepers he didn’t feel fit his profile. The most notorious was Joe Hart, who was jettisoned many years ago for very similar reasons to Enrique. So how can it be that the Catalan coach is turning once again to a so-called old-school keeper? Well, the truth, as so often the case, is not quite that simple. As Italian soccer expert James Horncastle pointed out in The Athletic, Enrique’s focus on needing a “different profile” is overblown. Lucas Chevalier,…
