PANews reported on March 11 that, according to PRNewswire, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin financial company Zeta Network announced it has signed a securities purchase agreement to raise $10 million through the issuance of convertible notes and warrants. The first tranche of funds is $6 million, with the remaining funds expected to be settled by May 12. Zeta Network is currently developing a Bitcoin-centric institutional financial platform integrating digital asset fund management, Bitcoin liquidity aggregation, and Bitcoin mining operations.
