Solflare, the gateway to the next era of finance, announced the launch of the Solflare Privacy Aggregator, the first native privacy aggregation layer built into a self-custodial wallet on Solana. Designed to route transactions through the strongest available privacy infrastructure, Solflare’s Privacy Aggregator brings the same routing mechanics that optimized price execution in DeFi to private on-chain activity. Solflare leads the launch with Private Send, an optional, per-transaction feature that allows users to send funds without publicly linking their wallet to the recipient.

Facilitated by Houdini Swap, the privacy-focused crypto swapping service, Private Send breaks the visible on-chain connection between sender and recipient while keeping the transaction itself transparent and fully trackable inside the user’s wallet. Private Send routes transactions through intermediary addresses powered by Houdini Swap, keeping the amount visible while preventing a direct on-chain link between sender and recipient.

Within Solflare, the process remains simple and transparent: users select a recipient, enter an amount, review the clearly displayed fee and estimated completion time from the best-priced provider, and confirm. Settlement is typically completed in a matter of minutes with no additional fees from Solflare, allowing users to maintain privacy without sacrificing clarity or control.

Filip Dragoslavic, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Solflare, explained: “Privacy in crypto has been fragmented, scattered across niche tools, separate wallets, and complex workflows. The Privacy Aggregator changes this. For the first time, users will get access to the best privacy execution available, sourced automatically from vetted protocols, all without leaving their wallet. Just as DEX aggregators improved execution in trading, we’re building the infrastructure to bring that same competitive model to privacy: making it seamless, competitive, and user-first.”

With this integration, Solflare becomes the first major Solana wallet to integrate optional privacy-first transactions, marking a major step forward in privacy-first wallet design. On public blockchains, wallet balances and transaction histories are visible by default, meaning a simple transfer can reveal personal balances or business relationships. Historically, users seeking privacy had to navigate standalone tools with varying degrees of trust, cost, and usability. Solflare’s Privacy Aggregator removes this friction by unifying privacy execution under a single interface, handling provider selection while Solflare vets integrations for security and reliability, creating a competitive marketplace that lowers costs and improves service quality for users.

Vidor Gencel, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Solflare, added: “No self-custody wallet has aggregated privacy before. The infrastructure exists through maturing intent-based protocols and new privacy solutions, but users have had no unified way to access them. This Privacy Aggregator gives Solflare users the best privacy available at any given moment, and as the ecosystem grows, so does the quality and competitiveness of what Solflare can offer. We’re building the layer that connects privacy supply to user demand.”

Private Send is the first of multiple privacy features powered by Solflare’s Privacy Aggregator, with other privacy-centric features coming soon. Solflare is opening its Privacy Aggregator to qualified intent-based privacy protocols looking to reach Solflare’s 4 million+ active users. Interested projects can apply for integration through Solflare’s website.

The $40 Million ‘Free Money’ Glitch in Crypto Prediction Markets

The post The $40 Million ‘Free Money’ Glitch in Crypto Prediction Markets appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. In brief Researchers found $40 million in “risk-free” profits from mispriced markets on Polymarket in one year. Prices on some markets didn’t add up to 100%, letting traders lock in guaranteed gains. The same inefficiencies likely exist on other platforms like Myriad and Kalshi, though arbitrageurs help correct them. A new academic paper suggests there’s been a steady stream of “free money” lying around on Polymarket—and smart traders have been scooping it up. The paper, Unravelling the Probabilistic Forest: Arbitrage in Prediction Markets, is the most detailed look yet at how mispricing creeps into crypto’s most popular prediction platform. The researchers combed through a year of data, from April 2024 to April 2025, and found thousands of instances where market prices simply didn’t add up. In some cases, the prices of “Yes” and “No” shares in a single market didn’t sum to one dollar as they theoretically should, creating a risk-free profit for anyone quick enough to pounce. In other cases, the mispricing was more subtle, involving logically related markets. For example, a market on “Trump wins the presidency” might trade at very different odds than “Republican wins the presidency,” even though those outcomes are tightly linked. By buying and selling combinations of these contracts, a savvy trader could lock in a profit no matter what happens. The researchers estimate more than $40 million in profits have already been pulled from the system by arbitrageurs, traders who specialize in sniffing out and exploiting these kinds of inconsistencies. Far from being a theoretical curiosity, this is a live and lucrative business model. Is this pattern true across all prediction markets? What’s striking is how common these opportunities are. The study found more than 7,000 markets with measurable mispricing, many in highly liquid, closely watched contracts. “Prediction markets are often treated…
