Meta-owned Manus launches beta connector for Meta Ads Manager automation, but MANUS token plunges 90% in 24 hours amid disconnect between product development and token value.

Manus AI Adds Meta Ads Manager Integration as MANUS Token Craters 90%

Manus, the AI agent platform acquired by Meta in late 2025, rolled out a beta integration with Meta Ads Manager on March 18, enabling automated ad analytics and reporting directly within its workspace. The feature launch comes as the MANUS token on Solana collapsed 90.4% in 24 hours, dropping to $0.0000002891 with a market cap of just $32,310.

The stark divergence between product development and token performance raises familiar questions about the relationship between AI platform utility and associated cryptocurrency value.

What the Integration Actually Does

The Meta Ads Manager connector lets users query their advertising data through natural language prompts. Instead of exporting CSVs and building pivot tables manually, advertisers can ask questions like "What was my total ad spend last month?" and receive formatted answers.

Beyond basic queries, Manus can generate slide decks, dashboards, and infographics from ad performance data. The system supports automated weekly reporting and works alongside other Manus connectors for Google Suite and Zapier.

The connection is read-only—Manus cannot modify campaigns or ad settings, only pull and analyze existing data.

Fits Into Broader Desktop Push

This release follows Manus launching "My Computer" for macOS and Windows on March 17, bringing the AI agent from cloud-only operation to local machines. That desktop app can manage local files, execute commands, and even utilize local GPUs for machine learning tasks.

The Meta Ads connector represents the enterprise-facing side of the same strategy: making Manus useful for specific professional workflows rather than general-purpose AI chat.

Token Disconnect Deepens

The MANUS token, which operates on Solana and has been classified by some sources as a memecoin, shows no apparent correlation to these product milestones. The 90% single-day drop suggests either concentrated selling, liquidity issues, or broader memecoin market conditions—none of which reflect the actual utility being built into the platform.

For traders, this creates a familiar AI-crypto puzzle: Meta's backing and genuine product development don't automatically translate to token value when the token itself serves no clear function in the platform's operation.

The Ads Manager connector remains in beta with progressive rollout. No timeline was given for general availability.
