PANews reported on March 25th that Gate Pay for AI has officially completed its latest upgrade, further integrating wallet authorization and payments to enable a simpler and smoother payment process for the AI Agent. This upgrade aims to optimize the user experience by introducing Gate Quick Wallet and plugin wallets, allowing users to quickly complete payment configurations without complex preparations. This lowers the barrier to entry for users while improving payment flexibility and security.
In practical use, when the AI Agent encounters paid resources, it can complete the payment and obtain the result within the conversation based on mechanisms such as x402 redirects, without interrupting the process. Furthermore, combined with Skills capabilities, the system will provide natural guidance within the conversation, making the payment process smoother. For users who have already configured exchange wallets, payments can also be completed through familiar account paths, achieving a seamless connection between on-chain settlement and the in-site experience.
In terms of underlying support, Gate Pay for AI continues to expand its multi-chain support, covering mainstream networks such as Gate Chain, Base, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum One, supporting multi-currency payments, and providing stable and efficient support for the practical application of AI Agents. This upgrade allows more users to use AI payments more easily and conveniently in real-world scenarios, driving AI applications to a wider range of practical uses.
