PANews reported on March 31 that, according to The Block, Bitdeer's subsidiary, Tydal Data Center, has reached an agreement with Norwegian contractor Data Center Installations to convert its existing facilities into Norway's largest AI data center, primarily to support NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin AI technology. Bitdeer is accelerating its transformation towards high-performance computing and AI infrastructure. With declining mining profits, providing computing power and infrastructure to the AI industry is becoming a more attractive business direction for mining companies.
