According to Odaily, the Fhenix mainnet has officially gone live, introducing fully homomorphic encryption-powered privacy capabilities to the Arbitrum ecosystem through Fhenix Dual Mode. Users can switch transactions between public and private modes, enhancing transaction data protection while preserving blockchain verifiability. FHE allows computations to be performed directly on encrypted data and is therefore regarded as an important technical path for on-chain privacy. The mainnet launch further expands privacy infrastructure across the Arbitrum ecosystem and provides new technical options for DeFi and other applications that require sensitive data processing.
According to Odaily, Dolomite has integrated $100 million in Bitcoin-backed collateral through Concrete's BTCcx infrastructure and has enabled borrowing against the asset. BTCcx is issued and managed by Concrete, represents underlying Bitcoin held by qualified custodian BitGo, and is deployed on Ethereum. Under this structure, Bitcoin can be used in actively managed borrowing positions without being sold in advance or moved out of custody. The deployment expands the existing Concrete-Dolomite partnership from WLFIcx to Bitcoin and creates another collateral pathway for institutionally custodied BTC to enter on-chain credit markets.
According to Odaily, Uniswap founder Hayden said the first UNI block trade executed through a regulated traditional financial channel has been completed, describing it as the first DeFi token block trade conducted through such a venue. Block trades are generally used by institutions or large investors to transfer significant asset positions outside the open market in order to reduce direct market impact. UNI's entry into regulated traditional financial trading infrastructure marks a further connection between DeFi governance tokens and institutional market infrastructure, while also providing a new reference case for other crypto-native assets seeking institutional access.
According to Odaily, decentralized data network Dataline, which focuses on AI agents, has completed a $10.6 million seed funding round with participation from Coinbase Ventures and Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev. The project plans to conduct a public token sale through Uniswap's auction platform, with details expected next week, and aims to launch its token before the end of this year. Dataline focuses on infrastructure that enables AI agents to access and use decentralized data. The funding round also reflects continued investor interest in the convergence of AI agents and on-chain data.

The second phase will introduce USDT trading pairs on UniHexa, while the third phase will explore applications across payments, financial services, gaming and AI Agent scenarios. According to Bitcoin News, Russia plans to require individuals to conduct P2P digital asset trading through licensed brokers or registered exchanges starting July 1, 2027, while also restricting transfers from regulated digital asset accounts to personal non-custodial wallets. Non-qualified investors will be required to pass a knowledge test, and annual digital asset purchases through each intermediary may not exceed 300,000 rubles. Meanwhile, the use of Bitcoin and other digital assets to pay for goods and services will remain prohibited in Russia, further moving individual crypto activity into regulated intermediary channels.

Peso offers USDT accounts integrating savings, spending, investing and cross-border transfers, and connects with Bolivia's banking system through QR codes and ACH payment networks. It has already integrated USDT payments into digital services platform Yango. The new funding will be used to expand local fiat on-ramp and off-ramp channels across Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina, while also building merchant POS acquiring and virtual account infrastructure to further expand stablecoin payment networks across Latin America.
According to Odaily, Securitize has integrated a stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank to provide institutional clients with a U.S. dollar settlement channel for tokenized asset transactions on its platform. Recently, users should remain alert to secondary scams disguised as fake crypto investment platforms, unfamiliar online relationships, or services claiming to help recover previously lost funds. The FBI warns that scammers often first build trust through social media or messaging applications before directing victims to continuously transfer crypto assets to fraudulent investment websites or designated wallets. When users attempt to withdraw funds, scammers may demand additional payments for taxes, account unlocking fees or other charges. Services claiming they can recover previously stolen assets may themselves also be fraudulent. Users should independently verify platform domains, apps and operating entities, avoid transferring funds based solely on recommendations from people known only online, and never pay additional fees simply to withdraw existing funds. If fraud is suspected, immediately stop transferring funds, preserve wallet addresses, transaction hashes and communication records, and report the case through official channels such as IC3.
